A good replacement fan

My 18 yr old Broan exhaust fan model QTXE080A fan needed replacement after it started making a clicking noise. The 110 CFM model is nearly an identical replacement to my old fan with the housing being an identical match. All I needed to do is swap out electrical plug and install the new fan motor. Swap took about 20 minutes to complete. The fan is quiet & designed to be run for hours at a time if needed.

Practically no noise exhaust fan - no extras i.e. heat and light!

If you are planning on buying this exhaust fan to replace a existing fan you definitely don't wanna buy this one. This fan is meant for new construction meaning there is NO drywall up yet. If you try to install it with drywall up already get ready for a Huge/oversized hole that your gonna be doing extra work to repair. If you install this in new construction, just imagine having to change the fan to a different model at a later point. Trust me I bought it already and returning it. Look at the Panasonic models much more superior. I wish I would of read a review like this one before I made my purchase.

Couldn't believe it was on.

I couldn't believe it was on after I installed it. But as I was hooking up the venting, it had plenty of discharge. It was just super quiet. And it was an easy change out as well.

Wow, it really is quiet. We had a very loud builder grade fan in our master bath. I hated using it because after a few minutes the noise really got on my nerves. Just had this one installed today, and I can barely hear it. After the installers were done I went in to turn it on, and at first I didn't realize it was already on. Ahhh... so quiet.
