I LOVE this medallion! It is an easy, low budget way to elevate the look of my light fixtures while also was functional - it hides the irregular shaped hole I found under the old light fixture. The foam was easy to cut. 2 thumbs up from me!

These are going back. The foam was not nearly as dense as I thought and my short finger nails dented it just opening the wrapper. These are Very fragile.

It worked ove a sky light I hated ,had to paint so you couldn’t see through

This one is just right. a little Art Deco for my place but we are making it work because you can cut the size hole you need which is helping with the big hole I put in the ceiling securing the box for the chandelier. OOPS

[Rewarded Review] Made for such a fun project!

I have wanted to get my hands on a ceiling medallion for a long time now. I had a light in my kitchen that had caused paint underneath it to peel. Rather than doing a bunch of patching that I probably wouldn't get right, I cut a hole that my light would fit through and siliconed it to the ceiling. It took paint beautifully. It cut beautifully. It's been adhered for many months now without any problem. It's a stiff Styrofoam so it takes to handling well. Do be careful not to let it get bumped though because it'll show if you only paint it.

These were excellent! They are a very lightweight styrofoam that look like plaster when viewed looking up at them. The inner circles made it very easy to cut the diameter I needed using a razor. I liked them so much I'm ordering more for other lighting fixtures I am replacing where I need to cover gaps left bc the old lights had bigger bases and therefore when removed a hole remained that my new fixture's base wouldn't cover. There weren't great and were economical!

Covers the hole left by an extra light I had removed.

We spray painted with matching paint to our ceiling and are pleased with the result. Lightweight so easy to affix and cut out the center.

Effectively, easily and inexpensively covered a hole made from an old fan we removed. Took about 20 seconds!

Fantastic Rose Medallion

I absolutely love this medallion! I was very impressed with the quality, it arrived quickly and in excellent condition. It makes the exact statement I wanted to make for the location I am using it in (open concept kitchen/dining/living room). It looks contemporary, profession and above all fun!

Although this was a ceiling tile, my mom and my daughter used it for crafting. It was a mold for lots of crafts. We liked how big it was. My mom made many cement tiles for the garden using it as a backdrop mold.

Lightweight and easy for me to apply to the ceiling by myself. The 27” foam ceiling medallion covers a decent amount of my ceiling and brings texture and beauty with it’s appearance of an open rose bloom. I like that the foam isn’t real thin and has just the right amount of thickness to add dimension to my entrance and support an attached light without hindering front door movement. I love how versatile the rose ceiling medallion is! The artistic look on the ceiling which can easily be painted or left white while the foam can be easily drilled for running electrical wiring or even attach a battery operated light in the center if no wiring is present but where light is needed. I tried holding with one hand and using the electric screwdriver in the other but found it was easier using clear tape to hold in place while using a few drywall screws and then paint over the holes with some white acrylic paint before finally adding a light onto the medallion to brighten and improve the appearance of the room quickly.
