Instructions are very vague

The representative did not answer certain questions about the operation of the unit. Ever question i had they had no explanation to help me and repeatedly told me to read the instructions.

It was easy to put together and started working right away. I only wish it reduced the odors more.

FANTISTIC AIR PURIFIER

WOW!! I HAVE ASTHMA, AND STARTED HAVING A VERY HARD TIME WITH BREATHING, WAY TOO MUCH DUST IN THE HOUSE. HAD NO IDEA HOW BAD IT WAS TIL I BOUGHT THIS HEPA UV AIR PURIFIER. THE LIGHT WAS ON RED FOR ALMOST 5 HRS, WHICH RED IS VERY BAD. THEN IT FINALLY WENT TO PURPLE, THEN A GREENISH COLOR, THEN AFTER ALMOST 5 HRS. OF WORKING, I FINALLY SAW IT BLUE! THE HOUSE HAS A CLEANER SMELL, NOT THAT DUSTY STUFF WE HAD BEEN SMELLLING ALL THE TIME. I AM VERY WELL PLEASED WITH THIS TERRIFIC UNIT. THE PRICE WAS AWESOME TOO. I CAN'T BELIEVE FOR THIS LOW PRICE IT DOES SUCH A GREAT JOB!! BEEN A FEW DAYS SINCE I HAVE USED MY INHALER OR MY NEBULIZER.

Stopped Working one year later

Stopped working exactly 1 year later. Very unhappy. A lot of money wasted. Do not buy!

Great features!

Love the five fab speed options, the UV light, the timer, etc. We have only had it a week, but so far it does what it’s supposed to do. Size is a bit too big for a table or counter

Misleading photos

I bought this in white from Lowe’s over a year ago, left at my parents and liked it so much I bought a second one in black. Unfortunately I didn’t notice until a much later visit that the white one I bought has an Ionizer button and the black one I bought DOESN’T. The first photo on the page when zoomed shows the black as having an ionizer button, and the third photo shows a Lock button instead. If I had realized I’d be paying the same price at the same site for a different version of an item I had bought before I would have returned it sooner but unfortunately I didn’t so now I have an inferior product and am missing out on the ionizing action.

I like the design. It is mostly quiet, once it has a room's air cleaned.

It works! I put this purifier into a smoke filled home and now it smells clean again! I'm going to buy a second one for the upstairs because it works so well and I want to keep them both going all the time. love that it has an "auto" setting that runs just to keep the air clean so you're always breathing fresh air. It's quiet and is small enough to not overwhelm the room. I put it on the table top and it's barely noticeable.

Either Defective or Ineffective

The measurement of air quality doesn't seem to work. Within the first 30 minutes of running, the indicator registered at 8. After 8 hours, it was still registering between 8 and 10. After running continuously for a week, it still registers 10. Since it is not moving, either it is not cleaning the air effectively or the unit is defective. Maybe I wasted my money. For the record, my room is 10 x 12

High Quality Purifier

This air purifier is exactly what I wanted! Put it in my bedroom and am amazed at the difference it has made in my sleeping! I would highly recommend it ,and the price is good!

Purifier Stop

I received the purifier in March. By end of May after cooking bacon the color of the band on top went red and stopped working. Tried to change the filter and the replacement filter was way too small.
