Never received my product! Horrible company, trash customer service. Best decision this company has ever made, was shutting the doors permanently.

Not Good!!

Several problems right after purchasing my new Washer/Dryer combination. The feet on the washer were worn and torn and needed replacement even though they were supposed to be brand new. They told us that we needed to follow up with the manufacturer. Ridiculous! Also, we purchased a 3 year warranty for the washer only and then they told us that they would talk to management and give an incredible upgrade. According to them, it included giving us free coverage for the dryer also and extending the warranty to 5 years. We were very happy and excited but later we realized that they just upsold us on a 5 year warranty for both and gave us approximately a $30 discount on each warranty. My fault, I should have been prepared for these cheating tactics. I don't usually buy a lot of new products for these reasons but now I know why. Very disappointed and will never by from this establishment again. People, do you research and learn before you are the next victim. Be diligent!!!

Leaks

This washing machine came in a stack in our new build town home. The washer started leaking 2 years after we got it new, the filter is also located at the front of the machine that requires extensive disassembly to access. Horrible design.

Clothes come out not very clean. I have tried to change to even more expensive detergent but it won't clean like my old apartment washer. A washer doesn't have to be complicated to get simple work done

Whirlpool washer is dead

I bought a front load washer new and during 3rd use the unit went dead. Main control board failed, "Whirlpool has 50 in stock," says warranty repair tech, "but the part is on back order." Three weeks later, still waiting on part and American Freight is unable to help.

Whirlpool front load washer

I bought a Whirlpool Washing machine in June it was delivered in July. I attempted to do my laundry on Friday, November 2nd, 2024 however, it didn't start, showing "Loc". I tried calling Whirlpool repair but they do not take calls appointments has to be scheduled from their website. This is very disturbing.

Poor quality washer/dryer. not up to the name.

Bought front loading whirlpool washer dryer set on Oct 3, 2024 . In three weeks, Washer does not rinse the soap well. Have to run the load three times in the dryer to get them dry. Poor tech support claims it is working fine even there is an error code and I showed him the videos. He is insisting it is still working fine. I had a Samsung set for 12 years and thought to upgrade to whirlpool. This was a big mistake.

The machine worked for 2 weeks then died. We are waiting on back ordered parts for the electronic system.

Great product for flooding you home.

Don't buy this it is junk. When in cleaning cycle mode it flooded our laundry room on the main floor and took out the basement ceiling and the carpets as well. It does work and doesn't flood when you are in standard washing mode. The manual does request that after 30 washes you clean it. Good luck with that DON'T DO IT.

My 19 year old whirlpool front loader washer had broken down a month ago. I felt the only washer I could trust was a whirlpool again. I’m so happy with the new washer. Clearly after 19 years modifications have been made to the washer and I’m very happy with the machine.. the settings, the spin, the size.

We get an error code when switching modes. Hard to switch between modes. Expected better for a brand new washer.
