Poor quality control

Toilet valve leaks every few flushes and won’t shut off. Same reviews I’m finding on other sites. It’s nearly impossible to figure out how to file a warranty claim on the website. I likely will end up replacing the flapper valve and fill valve with better quality parts because it’s cheaper than driving 2 hours to return this toilet.

Like-Very strong flush. You will be surprised. Do no like- bowl cleaning. Toilet will flush anything! No need for your plunger.

This toilet was installed in a hotel where we stayed. It is a powerful thing. It is like a little rocket (it may frighten small children!). I got one for myself and installed it at my office to increase reliability of our public bathroom. Funny thing, my clients are impressed. Their children want to use it just to listen to it flush. Easy to install. Works well. The first one came cracked (worth checking before you leave Home Depot). That was a disappointment. I wish they would pack these things better. But they quickly sent the replacement. I plan to get a few for the home now.

Poor Customer Service by American Standard

The Toilet was making Foghorn sounds. There is no online help or instructions to fix it in Pressure Assisted toilets. We called and left Voicemail for American Toilet, and send emails. After not receiving any response for 2 weeks, we finally returned the toilet. Without customer service support, after the return window is passed - if you have any issues, you will be out of luck. Warranty is a joke if you don’t get any response!!

Excellent Choice! Product was well packaged, no chips, cracks, abrasions during shipping to store for pickup. Product is as pictured and described, Installation was easy, good instructions included although only very basic plumbing skills necessary. A highly recommended power assisted flush toilet.

No, the product was totally broken apart. I did not take delivery of it.

Well Worth the Money

For over 35 years I've had a gravity flush toilet in my home. At times, we had to flush multiple times to get everything to flush away. I purchased this toilet along with the Fluidmaster, Better Than Wax, toilet seal and had the entire system installed in less than two hours including removal of the old toilet. I fell in love with it from the minute I flushed the toilet the first time, No more having to flush multiple times and no more plunging. The pressure that this toilet exerts is more than enough to get everything to flush away the first times. Being on a well water system, the 30-50 pounds of water pressure that I have is more than enough for this toilet to give a complete flush. I wish I had known about the pressure assist toilet years ago. You can't go wrong. I would recommend this toilet to everyone.

This toilet replaced an upstairs toilet that has never flushed properly since the 5 years we have owned our home. We had tried everything. Problem solved. Wonderfully flushes with little water.

I installed this unit to replace an older one with a weak flush. I would HIGHLY recommend this toilet. Excellent flushing power. Slightly louder, but nothing you can't live with.

Waste of time and $

This the worst unit I have ever seen. Interesting that all reviews are from 10 years ago. One month following installation the same unit $45.00 less and still fails to function properly. At best it could be used as a urinal.

Not as advertised

This toilet is disappointing. It does flush but not well. Looks nice but acts like an old toilet. It leaves behind toilet paper and other waste items, the majority of the time it’s used. Also, the only toilet seat offered for this item is for a commercial style, not what we wanted for our home. Unfortunately, definitely would not recommend this item. We’ll see if American Standard is willing to make it right.

Home Depot treats their stock too poorly

Not possible to clog. Not nearly as noisy as I thought or as other reviewers have said. Plan to eventually replace all my household toilets with this one. Its expensive but you get what you pay for.
