When the website suggests the back and sides double check...

When the website suggests the back and sides double check the measurement....I assumed they bundled what was pictured but was sadly wrong. The back was four inches too high....non refundable

the unit came with 2 cracks in one corner, one of which would have eventually compromise the whole pan. also the lower edge of the threshold was very poorly finished; very rough edge. I would have had to either carefully trim the edge with a blade or it would have taken some unnecessary extra work on cover up with calking. Also, the packaging was minimal to protect this large 45 lb. product in a box during shipping. disappointed.

Would have given 5 stars except back panel was broken and I didn’t find out until my contractor went to install. Big pain and delay ordering a new set and returning old one.

This shower kit was easy to install and very durable. I did find like a model kit there is flashing that should be lightly sanded off so it goes together without problems. If I need to get a shower kit in the future will go with Sterling.

Was installed by my contractor. He made no comment on ease or difficulty but it looks great with my tiled walls. Finally was able to use it today. Really like the non slip surface. It is also very stable. Time will tell all.
