unable to find warranty contact information

I got this patio cover in July 2022, but found out fiber glass all over the patios floor this morning after last night's light rain. They keep flying off the roof in the wind. The roof seems to be delaminating. There is a 10 years warranty, but I could not find any contact information from the warranty document. The warranty looks like a scam for customers.

The patio looks great and like it , but only thing is about the gutter, it’s not deep enough to hold the water, when the rain are little heavy, the water are come out from the side, If this can improve , it will be 5 stars for me. By the way, is it your company has another choice?

polycarbonate roof panels are not user friendly. anything that touches them leaves a non removable mark on the panel. you need cotton gloves to handle them. I had to drill a hole in the house mounting rail to be able to install the outside roof truss at the splice point.

Great product, great price

First off, great quality on parts. The parts were well built, great finish and stainless steel hardware. Prior to buying the unit, I had called the technical department and was pleased with their knowledge and response. Our unit being 10' x 20' took 3 of us about 6 hours to install, including some shimming we needed to do on the wall of our house. The previous awning pulled siding off the house destroyed the WI snowstorm.I read the instructions twice before installation to make sure nothing was missed. I love the flexibility of staggering the support poles as desired. I did not install any downspouts as I could not find anything I liked. It would be nice if they included something. My wife loves it and we had a pleasant surprise as the sun was setting. The plastic top created a red "rainbow" as the sun set! I would recommend this product to anyone wanting a great product at a very reasonable price.

We have had for four years now and has worked wonderfully in all weather!

gutter system clogs easily

while the built-in gutter system is a nice feature, it clogs with leaves and debris all the time. i have to clean it out frequently to prevent overflow, which is more maintenance than i expected.

The canopy seems fairly sturdy and well designed. Will have to wait and see how it does over time/weather (will it hold up over 10 years?). The instructions were fair; some sections could have used a bit more details (e.g. wrench/nut size, etc.), and the water drainage needs to be a bit deeper to handle moderate to heavy rains. Plus the water drain design for the junction between two sections could be improved, as it tends to leak a little. I drilled a few extra holes in the "far" end support legs to extend them up a couple centimeters and thus put a "tilt" to the drain gutter, which helps, but still could use some additional depth in the gutter. The Customer Support was great ! Finished project looks nice.

shade coverage?

the canopy doesn't provide as much shade as i expected. during the peak hours of sunlight, the area underneath gets quite hot….

inadequate lighting options

one major issue i have with the feria carport is the lack of integrated lighting options. during the evening, it's quite dark underneath, making it difficult to navigate and park

difficult to attach accessories

i purchased some additional accessories, but attaching them to the canopy was a nightmare. the design doesn't seem to accommodate these add-ons well

The Patio cover was of high quality and easy to assemble. It has performed as we expected in protecting the entry steps and doorway to our backyard french doors.

Good afternoon!! The coverage I bought made me very happy, but the coverage was smaller than I expected, I took the wrong medication, now I would like to know if there is a way to increase the sides with one more plate on each side, is this possible, is it available for sale? part of parts? thanks!!

I feel this is a great product it is sturdy was not hard to get installed and will last a long time. I did note a 3 star because I am having trouble contacting bed bath and beyond on getting a part for the patio because I ordered a 10x34 so it requires an additional connector. The product is awesome though and i added LED lights I bought which made this patio even better.

I just finished installing this 10x20 patio and we are very happy with it. The hardest part of the installation was the header because I had to drill into stucco and of course make sure it was leveled. Like everyone else I did some research and this patio received very good reviews here and on other sites. For the price it is definitely worth it. The only complaint i had and others was the no gutters which I made myself using PVC.

frustration

when we started assembling the feria canopy, we quickly realized several crucial parts were missing. it was incredibly frustrating to halt the process and wait for replacement parts to be shipped. this delayed our project by over a week.

All the brackets for the polls are missing. The box is open and I can not return it due to the weight. Very disappointing, but overall it is not bad.

Shipment arrived in good condition. One slight blemish to a polycarbonate sheet. I installed the unit over a small concrete slab adjacent to the house. The unit was easy to install. The most difficult task was anchoring the feet to the concrete. The concrete slab is over 40 years old and without a specialized hammer drill and sturdy concrete bit and screws, the task might not have been possible. The bolts provided for anchoring in concrete are not satisfactory. Additionally, the bolts are too long. However, I am enjoying the product and have installed two strings of market lights to add "flavor."
