Haven't gotten this installed yet, still gathering all the pieces so our bathroom remodel doesn't stall out waiting on materials. Was worried about ordering online due to handling and possibility of damage. And haven't uncrated it yet, but the way it shipped, unless it was packed damaged, we should be good. I was pleasantly surprised that it was actually shipped upright on a pallet with sufficient protection around it. I used to haul high value freight so have a good idea of how stuff needs to be packed to withstand travel and so far everything I've gotten through Wayfair has been very well packed.
