Replacement carts

There is always air in the lines. The plumber bled the lines numerous times. Can’t find the replacement cartridges for Kohler K-22155 system. I fine three but not the fourth one

This review is for the service only and not the actual product nor it's value. I was unable to return item as I found it difficult to install due to size of my under the sink area. Neither manufacturer nor seller really offered a helpful suggestion other than hiring a plumber.

Leaking valve, won’t stop.

Valve on my $1000 Kohler drinking water faucet and Reverse Osmosis system won’t stop leaking. Customer service is clueless, changed $400 filters, STILL leaking. Now $1K plumber. Thanks, Kohler. How about giving me my money back?

Emits a very loud hissing sound for thirty minutes twice a day.

After multiple attempts by both our contractor and the Kohler approved plumbers to install this correctly, we finally gave up. System is very janky, especially for a Kohler product, and doesn't remineralize the RO water as other systems do. Do not recommend. Would like a refund.

Crystal clear

The process used to clean the water , waste about 50 % of the water that is used.

Poor Filter Flow

After installation, the filter system worked great, but after a week the flow slowed down and is now a trickle. The filter is suppose to last over 5 months, but this one did not make it two weeks. The water source is not a problem, so suspect the filter an issue.
