Based on the design, this toilet stays much cleaner. The duel flush function saves water as well.

I ordered two of these toilets. They are beautiful and look modern. The dual flush is excellent. This toilet was recommended by one of the representatives from Home Depot since I originally had ordered something else that they no longer had.

Damaged goods

Toilet tank was cracked when I opened the box. So re-order, wait another 10 days to 2 weeks, return damaged tank, pick up replacement, get the plumber back again, return cracked tank, blah, blah, blah. A warning to all customers: open the box in the store.

Very clean compact effecient toolet

This product is not for a area where the water supply is in the floor!

Biggest flop model

Waste of money and time. The lid(cheap plastic) wont stay upright because of the angle. Its very expensive and waste of time and money. The flush buttons model is not good. Will not recommend. My kids doesn't use it and I have to replace with the comfortable ones.

Bowl water level is pretty low

I've had similar American Standard models where the water level was considerably higher. They were not dual flush models however. I'm hoping it will not require cleaning after almost every use. With the low water flush the resulting water level is extremely low but with the high water flush it's better but not great.

As pctured

We LOVE it! It looks great in the bathroom and the design makes it easy to clean. I am a huge fan of the dual flush and the placement of the buttons on the toilet lid add to the streamlined design. We are very happy with this purchase!

Flushes great.

This dual flush toilet does a great job of flushing while still conserving water. The only reason I downgrade my review to four stars are two tiny (1/4") long cracks in the china of the bowl rim. These are filled with glaze and so are manufacturing defects, not handling damage. They are under the seat, so I did not notice them until after installed and in service. Now I am stuck with a toilet with visible flaws, but fortunately they are usually hidden. This makes me wonder about American Standard's quality control.

This toilet is beautiful!!! It is easy to clean and makes a big difference in my bathroom. If you need a toilet for a smaller space, this is it. No problems with shipping and arrived in perfect condition.

Broken

I ordered this toilet twice and both times it came in broken, with porcelain cracked, smashed, or chipped.

Cool Design

ThFirst things first, it does a great job of flushing solids and dual flush saves water when just flushing liquids. Couple of caveats. Download the instructions and make sure that the Toilet supply line is in the required position, otherwise you are going to have a major issue. Second point is that the toilet seat is proprietary. If you are okay with both issues, it is a very cool design. One last point, the flush is a little on the loud side.

Won't buy another AS product

We installed this toilet 5 years ago and after multiple attempts it still does not flush correctly. We use more water trying to get it to flush then if we had just bought a regular toilet. Waste of money.
