best toilet ever

had a Cadet Pro round front, taller seat, installed 6 years ago. this is the best flushing toilet I have ever experienced. you can fill up the bowl with poop and paper and with a quick flip of the handle, woosh it gets washed away in 2 seconds. literally two seconds. the water action washes the bowl so the bowl stays clean, it is quiet (considering there is just a little noise for only two seconds) and uses little water so the tank fills back up fast. The action is better than a public pressure flush toilet, without the noise. I have another Cadet model that flushes slower than this Pro model. maybe it's the round front and chair height that makes it work so well. I highly recommend it.

Looks nice but has design and production problems

The tank is so narrow at the base that the water inlet fitting is so close to the bowl top lip that there's no clearance to rotate the plastic connector of the new style "click seal" flexible water supply. I had to remove the tank to install the hose connector then reinstall the tank but when installed the plastic connector is so close to the bowl that there is some stress on the tank fitting that is allowing a slight constant drip. I may have to buy another (old style) water supply line then remove the tank again to correct the problem. There should be at least a WARNING against using the click seal style water line connector!

This toilet was brand new in 2017 when I purchased my house, it started cracking a year ago on one side of the bowl, now it is cracked inside and out in two places. It will have to be replaced as it has started to leak. I am the only person who uses it and I haven't abused it in any way, it's unbelievable, never seen anything like it!

Great flush

I replaced my old toilet with this one and it is the greatest.

Perfect height, perfect flush!

I installed this in my rental and absolutely love how it performs. The tenants comment often on how they never have to double flush and live the height . I would highly recommend this toilet to everyone.

Great Customer Service

Right Height

Didn't know if I would like the taller toilet, after more than 30 days of use, I prefer this height! Will definitely update my other toilets to this product.

It's Okay

I'm very satisfied with the purchase. My only complaint is about the screws used to fasten the toilet seat. They constantly become loose.

Clean lines, quick flushing

I like the clean lines of the toilet. Water saving but bowl is not always clean with only a single flush which defeats any water saving features. The included lid is OK but not great. I like the soft closing feature but the seat seems too flimsy.

Not a strong flush

I just had this toilet installed. Water pressure is very low and not enough water cleans the residue. Maybe because not enough water fills the bowl. I have had the the incoming water pressure checked and all the other checks and still the problem persists. Flushing twice sometimes clear the residue and if that does not work then I have clear with a paper towel. My old toilet didn't have this problem. I might have to go buy another toilet now and spend more money.
