No Bells and Whistles

Not what I thought it would be. It didn't have all the bells and whistles that I needed for home. Would be very good for travel, work or vacation. I returned and bought a Ninja which I love. Keurig is a great brand and I tried to replace my old Keruig for a newer model and it just didn't work out. Would recommend if you are looking for a basic coffee maker.

Broke quickly, they refused to honor the warranty

Broken less than 2 months and they refused to honor the warranty because the Kohl's receipt only said the UPC number and the price. When you put the UPC number in the Google search it shows that exact coffee maker so they are being very skeezy and trying not to honor the warranty at every chance. My friend who gave it to me is embarrassed that it is such plastic crap it broke so easily. Do not buy Keurig, they will try to get around the warranty. I will not ever buy one myself, not after this experience.

Sleazy refusal to honor warranty

My friend gave this to me in September and now it is November and it's broken. They would not honor the Kohl's receipt from an online credit card receipt because it did not name Keurig just said coffee maker with a UPC code. Even though a Google search of that UPC code comes up with exactly the coffee maker that she bought me at Kohl's they will not honor it and they will not honor the warranty. I would not buy from Keurig ever again. Cheap crap.

Coffee maker broke twice on us

We got this coffee maker in 6 months it stopped working. Took it back to kohl's didn't have the receipt so that they gave me a gift card with the lowest price of it. We got it again paid the difference and had it or maybe two months and it just went out again. Not buying this coffee maker again.

I could have sworn it included the pod filters for loose grounds and tea.... did I buy the wrong one? Box only includes quick start Guilderland and product, nothing about ..

It's great on coffee. My coffee is made so much quicker ever since I switched to a Keurig over 3 yes ago. It's been one of the best decision I could have made to get one. I'm excited to try the cold brew function but having terrible finding pods for it

Iced coffee happiness!!

LOVE making iced coffee with this! I live in the south, and it sure ain't feelin' like fall or winter! :) An iced coffee in the morning is so nice & refreshing. (Plus the hot coffee function works great, too.)

Solid Keurig K-Iced single-serve coffee maker

Solid Keurig coffee maker. Had my last one for 20 years. While I miss that version, this is a pretty good substitute - plus there is the iced option as well. It has the coffee directly underneath the pod instead of on the left side like the last one I got. I have experienced a little splash back but not a ton, or enough to concern me. The lifter for the pod encasement is pretty tight. I am sure it will loosen a little in time. I returned the previous replacement because of splash back, cup holder on the left so it splashed that way. This one has a smaller water bin than my last one, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I like having the 3 cup sizes being 8,10, 12 on this one, instead of the previous replacement. I can get a full cup instead of processing it twice to fill my cup. All in all, a really good little coffee maker

Only worked for 5 months.

I bought this machine back in May 2024 and yesterday it stopped working October 14, 2024. It had a smoldering smell. This machine has a 6 month warranty. I returned it and got the black mini keurig instead without the big water dispenser, I previously had that one,It lasted like 4 years. It does take a little longer to heat the water and brew but at least it doesn’t splatter coffee on my counter. Be sure to Save your receipt!! Or the box in case you have to return it. Because they need either or to return it.

I absolutely love this coffee machine! It’s incredibly convenient and compact, fitting perfectly in any space. The ease of use is another big plus, it's straightforward and hassle-free. It has become an essential item in my kitchen. I highly recommend it.

My First and Last Keurig Purchase

Purchased K-Slim with Iced Single Serve (model K89640) 7/2023. I use it on the weekends only & maintain it as recommended. Plugged it in this weekend (9/2024) and smelled burning. Top of unit was very hot so I unplugged it immediately. Plugged it in later after it cooled and it is inoperable; totally burned out internally. Called Keurig and because it is 2 months over the year warranty the best they can offer is 25% off another model. No thanks. I expect a product to last longer than 1 year and 2 months. Clearly a problem with manufacturing and quality control. I will never buy another Keurig product. I prefer to spend my money on another brand that manufactures a product of higher quality with more durability.

Love my new Keurig and the extra features it offers. The bolder flavor option is great! I’m enjoying the iced coffee option that delivers a delicious iced drink in just moments. The compact size is perfect for my space. The water reservoir provides a convenient supply of water for several cups. So glad I decided on this product to replace my 20 plus year old original Keurig!

Didn't even last a year

I have had this for less than a year and today it just stopped working. I only use it on the weekends for my coffee so it's not like it's over used. Another thing I'd like to point out is the cold coffee setting doesn't actually give u cold coffee. U just have to add ice which I think is ridiculous why even have that setting then.

Cheap. Might as well buy a nicer one.

I have had this for 4 months now and am not pleased with it. It feels super cheap and not worth $100. Whenever putting in a K-cup, it has a hard time pressing it. Seems like too much plastic was used. The brewing portion seems fine, but my overall experience of using the machine is poor.

This was a replacement for the 2.0 that we had for years. Materials do not seem to be at the same quality level however the big pull was the ability to make iced beverages. Also like the 12 oz option but the smaller reservoir can make refills somewhat tedious. Enjoying it for now but "when" it breaks I will be shopping for an alternative.

Love this compact coffee maker

I love this compact coffee maker. It doesn’t take up much room on the countertop. It heats up extremely quick. The coffee is nice and strong. It’s perfect for what I wanted.

[Rewarded Review] Buy this for Watered Down coffee

Worst coffee machine. Overhyped Brand, even a simple 15$ Mr.Coffee brews better coffee than this machine. The strong brew does zero difference. Ice mode only pours water and less coffee. Terrible Machine, Worst part is 15 day warranty in Bestbuy when Amazon and all of others give more than 30 days.

Love it! Wish it had a power button.

Love the streamlined design, larger water reservoir, and increased cup ounces compared to our last Keurig(RIP). Cold brew and strong brew functions are great! My only real complaint is that I wish it had a power button for those moments when we accidentally bump one of the buttons.

Nice little coffee maker

I bought because I love iced coffee. Unfortunately I never got the hang of this. It only makes a tiny cup of coffee. You’d have to run it three times to get a normal sized iced coffee. I’ll save it for hot coffee for guests. But disappointing.
