Sam's message is correct in that the dimensions shown are incorrect.

Dimensions are important!

The can shroud is clearly shown as being 6.5" deep and 5" wide. The actual dimensions are 5" deep and 3" wide. The only lamps that fit are R14 and you will only get 300 lumens max.

Looks great on the ceiling

I like everything about this light. It is small, hardly noticeable, easily installed, etc

Lights are fine, they serve their purpose well and we're easy to install. They aren't the most refined or high quality.

functional but not stylish

This light is good quality and works well. We needed a replacement for directional lights that had gone bad, and found there were only a few choices, this being one of them. The style isn't really all that great, but it's functional. One thing I like less about it than our old lights is that it's really short, so the light bulb is very close to the mouth of the light and glares in your eyes if you sit too close to it, unless you turn the light radically upward.

We purchased 2 of these lights. They blend with the ceiling. We use them to illuminate artwork hanging on the wall. We also added a dimmer switch. Very pleased with these lights. We’re going to get 2 more for our studio/office.

Nice lights takes some patience to install but other than that couldn’t be happier

These are nice, directional simple white can lights They do an excellent job as spotlights on my very tall kitchen ceiling and blend in without being noticeable

I like this fixture. I used it on a white ceiling to spotlight artwork. Works nicely and sort of disappears on ceiling.

Wall-mount light

Purchased this light the end of June - finally received it the beginning of August. The only reason we waited so long is that wall-mounted lights are almost non-existent. Had it wired to install lights above the bed for reading and wanted ones that could be rotated - so we waited. They are now installed and are working perfectly. They look just like the online picture and quality seems to be just fine.

a perfect spotlight

the light was the perfect fit for the situation...I used two in order to balance the wall "wash of light"...I also liked that it has companion pieces with the same simple and elegant design...

We are very pleased with these lamps. They are high quality and quite affordable. It was a bit of a challenge installing them, but they look and work great.

Perfect for our application.

We bought bright white R20 lamps and they give great light to our fairly dark kitchen. We like that you can point the light to focus on a slightly darker spot, better than you ever could with a pendant.
