The actual product may be great. But the PACKAGING IS TERRIBLE. 1st one arrived broken, returned. 2nd one arrived broken. Many reviews concur.

Can’t really give it a fair review. I don’t want to set in mortar and it didn’t come with a pad as it mentioned in instructions. Emailed sterling and I’m waiting for a pad that’s for a tub that I will have to cut to fit they said 8-10 days. Which isn’t happening because I as for update and they just added 2+ weeks to the initial 8-10 days. So the base is in a spare room and the back and sides in the garage. So not installed

I like these Sterling snap together units but this one like the last one, came broken. I won't try for a third one. My customer has already waited over a month and a half. I got a three piece one from the supply house instead.

It is hard to assemble, one has to clean all the locking areas else there's no way to assemble it...

Had someone at the factory bothered to look at it before they boxed it, they might noticed the obvious defects. The end walls do NOT install even after trying to clean up the factory defects/debris and gently tapping the end wall pins in the back wall slots. Made it about 1/2 way. Just about broke the end wall getting it back out. Total waste of money!
