73 year old was able to install this toilet

product was shipped very quickly and arrived in very good shape, all additional parts were included and instruction very clear. This toilet is different from most toilets and it is a learning curve to install versus a standard toilet, but with a little thinking about the toilet it was installed successfully.

Great value and quality for money

Great toilet for the price. Love the clean lines. Easy to clean. A little more challenging and time consuming for my plumber to install. He needed to move the water valve behind the toilet. But he said it was to be expected with this design. Less flush power, but way more water efficient than my previous toilet. My plumber suggested holding down the lever for 3 seconds once a week to ensure no back up in the sewer line. But not too much of and issue for a guest powder room. Love the comfort height.

Not great

I bought 3 of these toilets and two of them the flush valve was broken and one of them has a hair line crack and is leaking!

They are just perfect. Looked at the large box stores, but for the small difference in price felt more at ease with Terguson. Knowledgeable staff and excellent service.

Things to consider before purchasing

I recently purchased and installed this toilet myself. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with the style and functionality. Installation was relatively straight-forward, but there are a couple of things to consider with this specific style of toilet that I did not realize prior to purchase.

Best Ada toilet

Great service!! It is perfect for my ADA bathroom

Great flush. Sleek. Not fond of the seat.

We purchased this toilet because it was higher and ADA compliant. I had plumbers install and it was quick and easy for them. It flushes with a strong, quick flush. It comes with a "soft close" seat which I find a bit annoying, but I also find the seat a bit flimsy so I expect to be replacing in the near term. Not a big deal overall.

American standard toilet

American standard toilet low flush seems adequate for our home. Recent installation has not shown any problems.

Skirted toilet

Faulty skirted toilet mechanism that leaks

Only skirted toilet with the old style mechanism. My plumber said the new black mechanism leaks and they had to replace many toilets so I found Amerian Standard to be only sleek choice.

Great Toilet

This toilet works well and looks good. Nice and comfortable height and I love the skirted seat which makes it easy to clean. I ended up by 3 of them so I could have 1 in each bathroom.

Great toilet for my bath remodel

This is a super-flusher toilet and exactly what I wanted! Don't get this toilet if you are looking for a water saver (actually, maybe it is just forceful and doesn't use extra water). But loving it so far! Also not too small and not so high up that your feet dangle.
