We had to buy quick links to attach the chain because the chain links were too hard to open and close without damage. The arms and lights needed to be adjusted to be square and level.

Struggled with instructions. Only took 2 of us 5 hours to get it up!! Should have left the chain longer. Got it up too high. Does look nice. Getting the chain apart to shorten it was a pain. First order came completely broken. So returned and ordered again.

Terrible customer service

A sconce arrived broken, I called and was assured a new one would be sent out. It was not.

Classic pendent light

I'm very happy I chose this pendent light. It is the right size for over my dining room table. The chain is adjustable. I chose to have the globes face downward. I also chose it because it is dimmable. Well designed.

Beautiful Style!

This was the perfect light for my dining area , we needed a replacement and Kichler is always a great quality and style. My husband had no problem installing the light he said it was simple and easy and took less than an hour.

Perfect for a breakfast nook

I was looking to update the light fixture in my breakfast nook and this fit the bill. It was just the right size for the space. It was very easy to assemble and install myself. I liked that you could have the globes turned up or down. I chose to point them down and added some decorative Edison bulbs. It looks fantastic.

Very beautiful and bright!

Winslow 3-Light Chandelier with Clear Seeded Glass in Natural Brass is really nice. This chandelier is super beautiful and bright. I love how its smaller size can allow it to be used in a smaller space but still offers the dazzle and delight of having a beautiful chandelier in the room. It was very easy to install which is an extra bonus! I would highly recommend!

Kichler Winslow 3 Light Chandelier in Gold

We love our new Kichler Winslow 3 Light Chandelier! Have been wanting an update to the lighting in our dining room and the new Winslow looks great! It was so easy to install, was very easy to adjust to the height we needed and still looks classic in our room. We have been using Kichler fixtures all throughout our home since 2017. The quality is top notch and none of our fixtures (either outside or inside) have ever tarnished and cleaning is so easy. They continue to always look brand new. If you've never tried the Kichler brand, you should definitely give it a try. You will not be disappointed!

Elegant and simple

This light is beautiful and elegant. The clear glass is beautiful and adds a touch of sophistication to my kitchen. It really brightened up the entire area, and we were pleasantly surprised. It came with all the necessities for an easy install as well.

Great Chandelier

This mini chandelier is beautiful! The size is perfect in our breakfast nook and it provides adequate lighting. The seeded glass globes are like those that are typically found on more expensive chandeliers giving the entire fixture an upscale look. Another plus - The Brushed Nickel finish matches perfectly to our pendants above our island. I plan to replace the regular light bulbs that you see in the picture with clear, glass filament decorative bulbs which will give this fixture even more pizzazz!

Bought this to go over the kitchen table. Such an improvement. Love that it can hang multiple directions. Very pleased.

Broken

My chandelier came with a broken lamp shade. I requested a replacement via their help desk. I was told it would ship in 3-5 days. After 10 days and I had not gotten any shipping information I called 1 stop lighting. I was holding for 45 min before someone picked up. Then they put me on hold for 10 minutes to tell me that the lamp shade was on backorder until the end of February.

Nice large piece for a big room.

Bought this to upgrade our kitchen/dining area. We have a tall ceiling so I wanted something that would feel large enough in the space. This chandelier looks great. The glass is very pretty with the small bubbles. My only complaint is that the inner piece with the globes is a bit crooked, it took some tweaking to not be too obvious. But overall this is a great piece. I like the coordinating pendants which we also bought.
