Looked nice but broken in shipment.Home Depot returned it. The process was and the customer service was excellent.

Love this toilet!.. but IT DOES NOT WORK!

I love this device with one critical exception. All 3 worked very well for a few months then stopped flushing SOLIDS. With all the lovely bells and whistles, the main function of a toilet was lost nearly immediately. We had a 1 year back and forth with mfctr to try to get the issue resolved. After repeated steps on our part to disassemble and reassemble they sent a tech who fixed two of the toilets, but one remains inoperable and they've since given up on helping. We are replacing it.

I am very happy with the functioning of the toilet and bidet operation. A good installer is necessary for the installation.

Of all of the amenities in my Airbnb, this toilet is the one people mention most frequently in their reviews. Installed 8/2022 and have had no issues.

LED bulb killer

Although the toilet looks nice the build quality and material leaves a lot to be desired. The biggest problem however is the electronics of the seat. After hooking it up, it’s proceeded to make lights all over the house flicker and eventually kills led bulbs en masse. We had an electrician come out who explained that the toilet itself was the problem. All the wiring looked fine.

We've only had the toilet and washlet installed for a week, and so far, we're delighted with it! There is some adjusting to the settings on the remote, making sure to set up my own user settings, but we're still tweaking them.

Great product that works well and looks great but could use a small design change to simplify installation. If your install is against a wall or in a tight space, be prepared to spend a little time laying on the floor to get the unit secured to the floor. As designed, you must screw the nut onto the floor bolts without being able to see them and while reaching behind and around the base of the toilet.
