The seat is unable to stay aligned (I’ve attached photos)

This looks like a nice toilet, but it’s poorly made. The buttons on the tank are hidden behind the tall seat cover when it’s up. And the seat itself doesn’t cover the actual bowl underneath. I’m hoping to return when my new toilet arrives.

I am updating toilets. This is my second and third one. Very nice.

Had to replace the clips that attach he seat just a few months after installing it. I callled Wayfair and they couldn’t help. I had to find a replacement kit and pay for shipping. The clips are cheap plastic.

Toilet has been in use for 2 weeks. No leaks, issues, or concerns. Aesthetically pleasing. Comfortable chair height but really not that noticeable from a standard height toilet. The soft-close seat feature works great. The flush mechanism came factory-ready - no adjustments required. As for the dual flush - I can't distinguish much water usage difference between full or partial flush, however, it's powerful siphonic flush does the job in flushing out all waste, with an impressive minimal amount of water. One caveat is with the toilet seat in the upright position, the view of the flush buttons is blocked, making it cumbersome reaching over the seat to flush the toilet - hence the reason for 1 star dedution on rating.

Just installed a new toilet in our bathroom remodel. Love the sleek clean lines. More slender than our previous toilet which is perfect for the enclosed area.

The water in the toilet bowl is very low and I believe the ad for this toilet was suppose to come with wax ring and a bolt kit, no wax ring or bolt kit, the deer valley paper work shows what is included with the toilet. so far it seems to flush ok.

The chrome/brushed nickel covers where the seat clips into the base are of really poor quality, and have started to rust and spot.

Installed the toilet twice due to leaking at the base. Still no luck the second time. Wax ring seal felt secure both times so I checked all connections, etc. for leaking points. Only thing I noticed was a spot at the base that had putty/jb weld substance covering it. When pressed, water would ooze out of all sides. The toilet was brand new out of the box and the “fix” was clearly done at the manufacturer.
