Lasted one year. I don’t recommend this fireplace. Regulator is bad.

The flame doesn't stay up for more than 7 minutes. I am told it is the oxygen sensor so I am going to switch it to one that doesn't have that feature unfortunately. My room is large and there is no way it is heated for the oxygen sensor to kick in. Plus I don't like having to bend down to start it. The rocks get in the way of the dial so you always have a blank spot in the dial area which looks weird. The logs themselves are nice and the coloring is nice but the functionality of this set is not working for me.
Love the logs and they seem to work great. One of the logs was broke when received. Very front log in the set (diagram labeled it log#3.

Relatively easy to install and they work great! I’ve had them over a year now with no issues. Ordered much more expensive logs from another vendor and they were terrible in comparison. Have recommended these to everyone who needs ventless logs

Great service by Wafair delivered on time - although, one of the log was broken; Otherwise the unit works great - wish it came with remote, that would have made it perfect.

Actually what I Need Great purchase
The fire place has a oxygen sensor that cuts it off when oxygen level gets low. Manual says to open door to raise oxygen level so fire place will come back on so house never gets warm.
