The wrong door handle set was sent to me twice. In contacting Wayfair they offered me a discount to keep the wrong set but no financial assistance in providing the correct handle set. Very disappointing

Terrible finish on the product.
Cheap had to get new parts for the whole lock. The latch broke day one, keypad never worked. Waiting on warranty claims. Keypad does not work either. Manufacturing pawned off to Wayfair.

Way better than I expected for the price. Works well, looks good and even comes with a small remote to use in lead of punching in code or key.

Product has worked well so far but be careful of missing pieces. I ordered two and remote control was missing from one of them.
I bought this in march and the three has already fallen out of it. It hasn’t worked for a while I have to use the key.
