Got the product fast and everything was well-packed and in great shape. The video clips made assembly a lot easier. The design is clever so it's pretty easy to put together, but it does take some time.

awesome structure

I highly recommend any of the Yardistry products ... I bought the 10 X12 meridian pergola a couple of years ago and installed fiberglass panelling over top to cover my hot tub to enjoy it during the rainy season and during the snow season .... never looked back... a breeze to put together and stands up to the extremes of weather we get here on the west coast .... since then I have also purchased the 6X8 green house ..... awesome . and the care and instructions that went into the design and manufacturing of it were beyond compare ... a bit of a jigsaw puzzle but easy if you follow the detailed instructions... all parts needed were included .... Just call me a happy satisfied customer and I know where I will go for any other structure that I require

We love how the pergola completes the look of our remodeled backyard. It's well made and sturdy. It's important to check the dimensions as it is the trellis roof that's 10' x 12', not the base. I was about to order a smaller one since the 10' x 12' wouldn't quite fit on our patio but it fits perfectly.

I installed this pergola last August, 2022. I was truly impressed with great thoughtful reviews submitted and fair pricing. We had extensive experience on hand to install the pergola and followed the instructions to the T! Like others we installed the pergola in one full day.

Amazing! Beautiful cedar pergola

A nice outdoor space! I purchased in spring of 2021 and enjoyed it up until we purchased our now home in early 2023. I enjoyed it lol so much I do plan to purchase again for our current outdoor space. I know the current owners are enjoying it. It also fit our bulky patio furniture perfectly. Being in the North with all 4 seasons the color held up nicely. Excellent purchase!

It looks perfect for our space

We got a good deal over Memorial weekend, I was waiting for prices to drop for 3 years now. It will match our other Yardistry pergola. I wish it was stained like Madison pergola was. I hope I can put solar panels on it one day. It came in 3 boxes on a pallet which did not fit in our SUV as a whole. I expect same great quality as other Yardistry products.

One – person job

After carefully reviewing the instructions laying out all my boards and stacks by their sequence numbers, I was able to complete the entire project within 12 hours. Likely could’ve completed it in eight or less but I started in the late afternoon and it got dark.

We have had several people out to quote a basic gazebo structure for us. Highest quote was 38k. Purchased the 12 by 24 Meridian Gazebo for a fraction of the original quoted price. Perfect structure between our house and pool. My husband said tell everyone to read the instructions

Love Yardistry products

This is our 3rd precut cedar Yardistry kit. We have a pavilion, gazebo and now the pergola. IF YOUR GOING TO PAINT OR STAIN DO IT BEFORE YOU PUT UP, also keep in mind every piece is stamped with ID. The instructions have gotten better since the first one we bought. This pergola is the least complicated by far. A little smaller that I would have like but still love it.

Beautiful Garden Piece

We absolutely LOVE this pergola! It was a terrific price, as I had been searching for months before deciding on the Yardistry. I have 2 other Yardistry arbors and knew the quality. It was easy for my husband to put together and only took us a day to put together, install and mount. It is a beautiful addition to the flower garden we built.

Perfect Pergola for Relaxing Under. We Love It!

We have been searching for some time for a pergola for our back yard. We saw this one and knew we had to get one. It was fairly easy to build, as the instructions we well done. It looks really nice and provides a decent amount of shade. Very sturdy construction. Looking forward to spending a lot of our summer under this pergola. It did arrive slightly damaged from shipping, so I contacted their customer service. They offered to send me a replacement post immediately, which I didn't feel was necessary for a few minor gouges. So they sent me a bottle of sealer to paint on the damaged spots, which I appreciated. You can't go wrong with this purchase!

Awesome pergola! Looks sharp! We got 3 estimates to have it assembled by home construction companies and went with the least expensive. 3 workers, 3 hours total time. Totally worth it! The feet were bolted down to a patio. I hung on it and tried moving it aggressively. It’s solid and should last years and years! Great investment!

Keeping in mind the price of this, it's a lovely and reasonable item. I found it very easy to construct on my own but would recommend a helper for some parts of it. It's been standing for about 4 weeks now and looks lovely. A closer inspection reveals cracks in the legs around the fastenings which will require some attention (both top and bottom). The wood in general is okay but the long thin struts along the top are heavily warped when you remove them from the box. As these are in fact 3 items linked together, there can be an element of comedy about how many turns they take. A simple solution (that i did not follow) is to take special care to line them up on each and every cross beam and force them to line up with your measures.

Lovely local product, high quality

Just finished up installing and I am happy, it is not 100% perfect but 99%. Everythibg matches up together like a dream. I understand it was pre stained and It does smell as such, I wish it was stained too. I find the manual does not mention about should be stained or not immediately after install. I am happy with my pergola. Good stuff guys keep up!

Amazing addition to the garden

This is the most beautiful item in my back yard. I purchased the pergola after being trapped in the house for over a year and many hours spent on Pinterest. I couldn't wait for it to arrive as I had it delivered to the house. On delivery day, I was so excited. It arrived in three boxes and I slowly unloaded and took piece by piece into the back yard to build. I couldn't find anyone to build it as all contractors in TX have been busy since the winter storm, so I decided to build it myself (49 year old self proclaimed handy woman). As long as you follow the directions, it's a breeze. It took two weeks, but I decided to take my time with this one. I also painted and stained it a nice chocolate color. My husband helped me stand up the assemblies, but other than that, it really can be a one person job.

Poor Quality

I just received the pergola few days ago, and upon opening the package I was pretty disappointed with the poor wood finish of most of the pieces. Maybe I expected too much for the so called "pre-stained" lumber, but the wood surface is rough and looks completely untreated, and the colors of some connecting pieces are noticeably lighter/darker than the others. I thought I could just cope with it by sanding and re-staining the whole thing, but then it comes the beam assembly.... the cut of the most connecting pieces are unique that they don't align properly when put together... I tried so hard to mix and match the 20+ pieces to get a better assembly but still ended up with many of beam assemblies in a bad shape. If it is only few pieces, I would think they are just defective parts, but then having so many of them makes me worried if it is a quality issue. Really regret my purchase
