Purchasing the guardrail system for my scaffold was worth it. I found that I was able to concentrate more on the task without the worry about stepping off the scaffold, especially as my work got higher up.

Packing was not adequate for shipping this item. Carton was almost completely destroyed, some small parts missing

First time having something like this. Thought it was very easy to put together with 2 people. It wobbles a little more than I like, but I feel safe. I also bought the side rails and I recommend them for the extra safety. Hight adjustments are easy and moving it around is simple. I also like the trap door for getting in and out. This product works great for what I need it for.

Great tool. Great service. Very easy to assemble. Would recommend to find a way to be more stable.

Nice guardrail

I have three Jobsite Metaltech Bakers scaffolding. I was going to forgo getting this guardrail, but after stacking all three scaffolding on top of one another, there’s no way I would feel comfortable standing on the top platform without one of these guardrails. I had to use some vinyl tubing (1/4” ID

I bought the scaffolding & the guardrails to work on my RV. It worked great; provided the stability & security I needed to work on the RV.

This is a great scaffold. I’m really glad I got the guardrail. The Brakes on the wheels work well and it feels stable, though it sounds a little rickety when your on it. The trap door is difficult to use as it has no way to lock it open and you have to hold it while you climb up.It’s much easier to just climb up the outside with the railing door open.

I've only used it for a couple weeks; however, the scaffolding seems to be well constructed and easy to use. My only complaint is that when I tried to order the railing attachment, Home Depot could not order one for "my Home Depot" location, and I had to search their website to locate a railing component 50 miles away & drive there to purchase separately. Seems like a scaffolding and railing for safety would go hand in hand.

It was easy to put together and install on the scaffolding the only complaint that I have is that one of the locking pins that keep the gate door close was missing tried to reach the manufacturer but that didn’t help. For that reason that is why I give it a 3 star.

The scaffolding itself was great, and was easy to put together. The scaffolding guard rail system was the only issue to the entire tower. After installing the guard rail system, it was extremely loose and the gates would come apart, even after placing the lock nuts on the hinges. We were able to use ratchet straps Around the perimeter of the system and tighten to make the hole guard rail more secure.

Somewhat disappointing

Design quality not as good as the rest of the system. Stability of each side depends on end gate being closed/latched to other side. In some situations, you would like to have one side in place. It can't be done "properly".

We bought this scaffolding because my retired carpenter husband is in his 70’s and I won’t let him climb a ladder. He used this scaffolding to get high enough to trim our arborvitae which were about 12’ tall. It worked fantastic. It is very solid and safe, and has very good/strong casters. Basically he set it up, got on the scaffolding with his hedge trimmer and I was able to pull the scaffolding along the sidewalk with not a lot of effort. He is very pleased with this purchase.

Super easy to assemble. We were having a hard time changing light bulbs in our church, so a man in our church built a 4 foot tall base so we could get it between the pews. We then put three sections of this scaffolding on top of the base to reach 23 feet and it worked beautifully. No more unbolting pews and moving those heavy things just to change a light bulb.

Great addition to the base scaffold

I initially bought 2 of the MetalTech safeclimb baker scaffolds to reach my ceiling fan ( about a 17 foot high ceiling ). They went together well, however when I reached the top and stood on the platform, it had a bit of sway to it and I quickly decided that it didn't feel safe without a barrier, so I went back to Home Depot and bought this. Each piece went together easily on top of the platform and it made the job a lot safer.
