Purchased for a customer. Installation was straight forward. Seems to move a lot of air. Noise levels are average for in internal blower setup. The lights are nice and bright. The remote control is nice, albeit a bit of a gimmick.

[Rewarded Review] Zephr Hood

It was a returned item. Someone installed it, took it out, damaged it, and returned it. I got the returned item. Best Buy should have checked first and shipped it to me but they didn't. The hood is working, but it was uneven when I installed it. I would like to return it, but it will take another month to receive it. I rather just keep it with not happy about the product. I will not recommend anyone buy from Pacific Sell.

Sleek...powerful...but has a few flaws

I installed this in a modified 42" base cabinet. My only issues are that the buttons are hard to read off angle and the LED's are not as advertised. All the online pictures show a "day light" 5000k color temp, but it's actually closer to 3000k "warm light." Also, the low light setting emits a noticeable hum (see attached pic). Other than that, this will suck the doors of their hinges at the highest setting.

[Rewarded Review] Oven

Product great. Your logistics in delivery and the delivery installers were a one star. I have not re sure before but the people who installed my oven scratched the new hardwood floors. The oven was dented in and we know have to wait a long time for another oven plus pay fir the hardwood installer to fix the floors.
