Unacceptable
I am frustrated….You just sent me a light panel not the controls as requested for my new monogram vent hood. I have yet to use my new appliances. I ordered these appliances last summer to avoid back order issues. This is absolutely unacceptable. We have cooking out of of a ninja air fryer for months!

The information on Home Depot and GE are incorrect you can not recirculate this hood and there is no-carbon filter with it.
Wish I could tell you , you sent me a 40 inch instead of the 48 inch I asked for. On top of that you couldn’t expedite the delivery of the right one
A 42" hood insert marketed as a 48" insert
We bought this to replace a broken 48" hood insert, but we were disappointed to learn, after installation, that this one is not a true 48" hood. Instead, it's the 42" model but with two non-filter panels that can be installed on the two sides to make it fit into a 48" hood space. If we had known that, we wouldn't have bought it. In any case, while it's less powerful than the one we had, it is quieter, and the filters are appealingly easy to remove for cleaning. (The restaurant-level one we had before had filters that were dangerously sharp, and it took a good bit of force to remove them.) I also like that it has buttons rather than knobs. It doesn't have the heat lamps our old one had, but I rarely used the heat lamps, anyway.
