I didn’t get the product delivered after a very long term waiting. I have nothing to say about the product only the delivery was suck

[Rewarded Review] Lowes delivery process was atrocious.

The product is great - Lowes delivery was the worst experience I have ever had with delivery. I ordered it online. The only option was home delivery, I could not ship to store. After a week I received a tracking number without a delivery company indicated nor a hyperlink. So, I went to my account on Lowes to my past orders. The tracking number was there also but just took me to another page on the Lowes website. The only information on the page was that it had shipped. So, I called customer service. She was as helpful as she could be but also had very little information. She did have that it was shipped via Maersk Pilot freight and gave me a website and a delivery date. The Pilot freight website said it was to be delivered to Jacksonville, FL the date prior to the date the Lowes rep gave me for delivery with no further information. I'm in West Florida not Jacksonville. Jacksonville is 5 hours away. I assumed I would get a phone call once it had arrived in Jacksonville and had been picked up by the "last mile" delivery company. That phone call never came. So, on the expected delivery date given by Lowes I started calling. I finally got someone from Pilot freight. All they could tell me was that it was to be delivered that day but could not get in touch with anyone at the "last mile" delivery company. So, I jokingly asked if they were just going to leave a $2000 appliance on my front doorstep in the rain! He very matter-a-factly said YES! Lowes shipped it without signature required or end to end tracking! Worst experience ever! Luckily, I made it home just as the delivery guy was getting it out of the truck. I will never order on Lowes. com again.

[Rewarded Review] JUST 2 WEEKS AND IT STOPPED WORKING.

ITS April 27 just 12days past return date (April 15). while cooking today April 27 about 2 minutes after turning it on, I heard 2 pops and smoke coming out of the vent. I quickly turn it off. waited a minutes before turning it back on. it won't turn on. I've only had it for just 2 weeks with the completion of my kitchen renovation,

Works great and can easily rid any smell on medium and absolutely can clear the air when on high! One time I went outside to throw the trash and you could just smell the stovetop cooked burgers outside the home line a restaurant! Great purchase.

We live out hood insert. It was easy to install and looks beautiful. Shipped fast and we are very happy. It come with a remote and this model has the LCD.
