Outstanding Performance and Stylish Design

This dishwasher's performance is outstanding. With powerful spray jets and versatile wash cycles, it effortlessly removes food particles and grime, leaving dishes sparkling clean. Its generous capacity makes it perfect for my family! It is also energy-efficient, resulting in lower utility bills and a greener footprint. We're very happy with this zline dishwasher.

Worst Dishwasher Basket Design Ever

The wire racks have the absolutely worst design. You can't fit in pots pans and can barely fit plates and bowels by the way they have the wire holders running perpendicular to each other. The wires are so thin that one literally broke off after the second wash. They will rot out so fast. Going backt to get a different dishwasher. Bad design!

Would not recommend…

This is a very expensive sentimental dishwasher. The racks are flimsy and the drain hose needs to set up in a very specific way to prevent water from flowing back into the dishwasher. It does clean dishes but there is a lot of wasted space with each load. Of all the appliances I’ve purchased, this is my least favorite. If you like ZLine products, purchase a brand agnostic dishwasher from a different vendor.

The perfect package for us

How I came to selecting this Company and Appliance package is kind of relevant. Our previous Range by a well known manufacturer was considerably more expensive, about the same size and had fancy display... Great while it lasted. Unfortunately, the microprocessor chip on the controlee panel went bad. Not covered by warranty, replacement board not available, sent off for repair to two different repair facilities both returned unable to acquire the "microprocessor chip".

Great purchase!

We needed to get a dishwasher because even though we are a family of 4...we create A LOT OF DIRTY DISHES. This replaces a 7 year old GE dishwasher that sprung leaks all over the place and was too expensive to repair. Pros: quiet - very hard to tell it's running and if it wasn't for the noise from the drain I wouldn't notice it. 3rd rack is really great, and small items are perfect. So far and everything comes out very clean, and drier than expected. Cons - expensive...but you get what you pay for. Our GE was around 500.00 and only lasted us 7 years. So that speaks volumes. Set up and delivery crew was awesome too. They ensured everything was installed correctly, no leaks, and showed me the basics. Premium Home Source had the best customer service when I was in the middle of my selection - thank you Alex for helping me choose this model!

This thing is a beast - 10 Stars

Please understand I'm coming from a new construction builder's selection dishwasher to this, but this thing is pretty honkin' amazing. My old dishwasher was a mess, especially since my young son fell on the open door about 2 months after we moved into the house. Its never worked right... But this thing?....I don't even know its running. The third shelf is awesome. I could literally drive a tank into this thing. It holds my entire cupboard of dishes and silverware. Everything comes out of the dishwasher pristine. I typically pack this thing full, and I have yet to have ANYTHING stick on it. This is my first Zline major appliance. I'm hooked. This thing is rock solid.

No Complaints

With four children and with cooking the majority of our meals at home every day, we used the heck out of our dishwashers over the last 35 years. We've had many. The one prior to this was a KitchenAid stainless steel dishwasher but, we had nothing but problems with it, including multiple failures that caused flooding of our hardwood floors, leaks, and repeated service calls for various issues resulting in having the dishwasher replaced under warranty. We had similar problems with the replacement unit but, they eventually settled down. This dishwasher finally wore out and rather than repairing it we also decided to get a new one. We ended up going with Zline because this model that we ended up purchasing had a difference motor system and met all of our needs. We really like the layout and design; the three racks are laid out nicely and there is still a lot of room inside the dishwasher to be able to accommodate large pots and pans and our normal daily dishes. The rack tines are laid out intelligently also. Many of the manufacturers these days are laying out the racks in these multi-directional designs that make it impossible to accommodate anything but a very set and small amount of dishes. So far this looks like a very reliable dishwasher. Thank for Premium Home Source for finally helping me find a dishwasher my family is happy with!

VERY Disappointed

I was so excited to get this delivered - came on a freight truck but arrived on time and in perfect condition. Install was straight forward and fit and finish were nice. BUT - the thing is noisy - and makes a "grinding sound/loud electric hum" in the middle of cycles. "Salt" indicator came on after a couple uses - so I bought salt (didn't know some dishwasher had this feature" and added it. Light has never gone out. And my 20 year old dishwasher cleaned better than this thing. So disappointing to love my ZLine Range - but HATE my ZLine Dishwasher.

Lots of room for dishes

We needed a new dishwasher, like now. I was looking at Bosch, but delivery times on the model we wanted were 4-6 weeks out... too long a wait. Weve had good luck with other Z-line products so, after reading some positive reviews and finding a model that met our needs, we purchased the Z-line. This is by far the best dishwasher weve ever had and I am extremely pleased with the purchase. Cleaning is super and I really like the controls and interior layout. Highly Recommended based on our experience. Also, we were fortunate and had a really great experience with the sales team who went above and beyond to get it on time. Thank you Premium Home Source!

No more PRE- and RE-wash. Third rack magic!

The third rack is a game changer. It seems to clear my counters of dirty dishes- this washer holds much more than my old washer and cleans beautifully. Im finding I dont need to spend as much time pre-cleaning prior to washing which saves water and time. It is as quiet as it professes and has been consistently trouble free. A little more money up front but I am pleased with the quality and performance so far! It feels a little fun to use because my old washer was so fussy and requires so much Pre-wash and are-wash, which is NOT a problem with this washer and this brings me joy.

Well designed Zline package

It is nice to finally have a large enough, well made refrigerator. The one that was in our house when we moved in was a piece of junk. We really appreciate this one. It has much more room, is quieter and is built very well. Should last us many years. The adjustable shelves sit in grooves that make them very strong, we have put them to the test and they hold plenty of weight. You won't regret your purchase if you are thinking of buying this refrigerator. Also very pleased with the range, getting so many comments from my friends and family on how good it looks.

Cleans and dry very well

We bought this dishwasher to replace a 6 year old Bosch that was not cleaning or drying our dishes. The Zline cleans and dry very well. There was a little water on 2 plastic pieces but the remainder of the dishes, including other plastic pieces,were clean and dry. Ergonomics are outstanding compared to the Bosch. It's quiet and appears well made. I hope that is correct because it is made in the U.S. It's good early,but will it stand up to heavy use. I will keep you updated. PS.. The buying process was quick and easy. I called Alex at Premium Home Source and we did everything by phone. He is great to work with!

Great Machine So Far!

We were happy with our other Zline products so figured we'd go the same route for our dishwasher. We've only had this about two weeks and maybe 7 or 8 loads but so far it's been great. First off, our customer service rep at Premium Home Source was very helpful. On to the machine itself....super, super quiet for starters! Can barely hear it relative to our old one. The fit and finish of the machine is outstanding. Gets everything clean and dries very well too! The third rack at the top of the machine is great! Way more capacity in the same size washer than what we replaced. The outside finish wipes clean with nothing but a damp kitchen towel leaving no streaks, etc. So far, we highly recommend this model!

Dishes Clean at Last

It is such a delight to have my dishes clean at last. My old dishwasher was on it's last legs. I purchased this one because it feels substantial. I like the sturdy trays. I have only had this dishwasher for one week but my dishes come out sparkling clean. I try not to overload them but I have squeezed in more dishes than I should and they come out clean. Even frying pans and other dishes that have food dried on it, come out so very clean. The dishwasher is very quiet. Sometimes I have to really look at it to be sure it is running. I feel like I purchased a winner. It costs a little more but it is worth it !

Win in the Designed for User Category

If you like a dishwasher that puts you at a vantage point for the daily game of Tetris, this is a dishwasher for you. The thoughtful layout of the 3 racks and the ability to adjust the height are a win. Installation was relatively easy although the manual was slightly lacking in that area. We went with the Z-line for a few reasons, recommendations from family and great online reviews. It does what it says it will do, cleans and dries dishes with minimal noise and we dont have to be around to pop the door open, no complaints here. Its a bit pricier than most but I feel its been worth the money. The placement of the buttons, on the top of the door are a plus for us, also. It keeps the front of the dishwasher looking sleek and cleaner for longer. Ask me again in a few years if I still feel the same because this review is not for longevity of the dishwasher only for initial opinion.

Worth. Every. Penny.

This is the best piece of kitchen equipment I have EVER OWNED. Ive been limping along for years with an LG dishwasher that never worked well, so I became accustomed to having to wash things twice, even three times (dumb). As an example, in my old LG dishwasher, the inside of my coffee or tea cups never came out clean. Peanut butter coated mixing bowls had to be rewashed by hand. Now, with the Zline, EVERYTHING comes out spotless, gleaming, and dry, regardless of how grimy it is when it goes in. Even frying pans! The third rack is also wonderful, and the build on this machine is SOLID. Oh, and it looks beautiful, too. This unit is worth every penny.

It is so quiet

We have had our dishwasher about a month now and use it every single day! It is so quiet when it is running that you never know it is on. The third top tray is great for all the smaller items you never knew where to put before. We replaced a 20 year old dishwasher. We should have done it sooner now that we know the difference with the new Zline dishwasher. It is built very sturdy and has a solid feel to it. Love the stainless steel outside and inside the interior. It is very roomy and engineered great for arranging all kinds of dishes. Very easy to load and unload. Dishes turn out beautifully!! Sparkling clean. My husband is the designated one who to load and unload the dishwasher. He use to put it off as long as he could. Not a task he enjoyed at all. Now, he actually enjoys loading and unloading the dishwasher. Sometimes I hear a whistle, or a song, coming from him in the kitchen. If it can do that, every wife needs this dishwasher!

Best dishwasher ever!

Never knew a dishwasher was so capable of all of the things is does. I highly recommend this model, and adore the 3 racks. Also quieter than anything we have experienced. We have had years of problems with dishwashers. I was set on Bosch but worried about the poor drying that most report. With the inability to get Bosch we settled and are happier than ever with our choice of Zline. Even our plastics are bone dry. Couldnt ask for a better dishwasher.Thanks Premium Home Source for a great sales team explaining the different models.

Hopefully wise purchase

Im wavering between 4 and 5 stars but I have been too generous in the past and am more cognizant of what is important to others. Downside - dishes are not going to be completely dry. I dont care but a lot of you do. You may have to spend more for that. Now the great points are considerable. Someone actually cleverly made use of internal space. There are three levels that are actually practical to use! It is possible to safely wash wine glasses. It is very attractive and seems to be sturdy. Overall, it was my favorite of all the dishwashers and it is well priced. Maybe this should be a five but Ive been burned once and I dont want to mislead anyone. I would definitely choose this again if that helps.
