Great quality as expected
Exactly what I expected. Very well made.
Half asleep.. middle of the night....need to use the bathroom...we've probably all been there. It's great to have a a little help getting up and back to bed. It's an attractive bathroom accessory

Water Stains
The shower head is made of plastic and has water stains everywhere. I haven’t even used it yet. The stains came immediately when my contractor ran the shower during installation. Very unsightly. You’d think they would coat it with something or make it out of a more durable plastic. I’m completely dissatisfied. The water stains make the shower head look like it’s been sitting in the sun for years.

I ordered these in black ...4 of them for my kids bathrooms ,the shower head is a little plastic to touch but the handle is solid and very well made ,shower head is larger than I expected but is just perfect for the shower sizes .
Very cheap plastic face of the shower head and came damaged.

I know because the water is spread out over more holes and it is suppose to be water saver, so I am happy with it so far

Haven't installed this yet, so can't speak to function, but it looks nice, just like in the pictures. The stainless steel finish is very nice. Shower head is really big--I hope that's OK with the water pressure in our old house.
