No replacements

I haven’t had this coffee maker for a year and the carafe has already broken. The worst part is you can’t buy a replacement!! So if yours breaks you need to just buy a whole new coffee maker. Absolutely not ideal.

Warranty not honoured for Zwilling Coffee Maker

Had my Zwilling Coffee Maker for 8 months when the spring loaded portion of the coffee maker filter funnel fell off. The washer went missing. After numerous requests, Zwilling finally sent 2 replacement washers. 5 weeks later, the same issue.

Misleading product features

I bought this coffee maker thinking the brew size option (2 cups or 10 cups) was a nice feature. You have to set the dial for the brew size yet you also only put in the amount of water according to the brew size. Why then do you even have a brew size option on the dial??? For $300 + this was not nearly the coffee maker I thought it was going to be. Very disappointed.

Coffeemaker

I have had this coffee maker for 2 months now. The 10 cup carafe is actually plenty of coffee and the machine itself is easy to clean. Coffee tastes great!

Good coffee but a mess when you clean it

Every time you remove the top filter portion of the coffee maker, water drips down onto the tray. There is also pools of water at the tops/hinge of the machine. It’s super annoying to have to clean it up after every use. Terrible design.

Plastic carafe handle breaks easily

Beware - The carafe's plastic handle breaks easily and you cannot get replacement parts from Zwilling. Google "zwilling carafe" to see the high amount of people trying to find a reolacemet carafe because Zwilling does not offer replacements.

Phenomenal and highly recommended.

This coffee maker is fabulous. As a result of how the coffee is brewed, you get a smooth cup of coffee with none of the bitterness you get from a cheap coffee maker. Pricey, yes but worth every penny and if you usually buy take out coffee, this may get you bringing it from home and quite frankly I like this coffee better than at coffee shops. We got the thermos carafe which I highly recommend. It keeps the coffee hot for hours without becoming stale and still tastes fresh.

Nearly Fabulous. Easy to Like.

GOOD:1) Stainless Caraffe appears small but it brews as much as my old Bonivita.2) Way it blooms and brews is great. Coffee tastes excellent. I like the stirring nozzle.3) Pours very easily and without drips. Love it.BAD)1) It will shut off after some specified count for descaling (but you won't know when unless you see this tiny light and have counted to ten, even though you're not always making coffee. I NEARLY sent this back for not having an override. I don't have any descaling powder. None was shipped with it. EPIC stupid to not allow 2 or 3 additional 10 brews somehow.2) I spent hours and a phone call to find the size Coffee Filter this took. It's a #4. Written in light gray type, small print, on a throw away card in the box. WHERE IS THE SAMPLE filter in the box? I honestly thought it came with a Stainless because the photos show it. Very deceptive and confusing. Product Manager FAIL.3) Water Cavity marking are FAINT and NO ONE SEES THEM. Plus the resiorvor is larger than the Caraffee holds. Sharpie to the rescue. But again, STUPID to allow spill over if someone doesn't see the mark. And why?C'Mon people. We need basics answered. Filter Size. Where to Fill to. How to Override the descale lockout when a bunch of edgy people are standing waiting for me to make coffee.4) Timer is in 24hour only. Get ready to talk world time.CONCLUSION. I still love the darn thing. Even with paint peeling off the caraffe already inside (after 1 month) but I don't want to send this back. It makes good Coffee Maker and I ordered the dumb powder. Ya got me. Less

I did a ton a research on coffee makers before choosing this one. I've had it two weeks now and I'm very pleased. First, it looks beautiful. The clean, understated lines and the matte black finish give it an elegant look. It brews a good cup of coffee; clean, bold but not bitter. I was secretly hoping to get some kind of elevated coffee experience, but there were no angels singing as I sipped my java. Operation is straight-forward. If I had to be nitpicky, the user interface requires three button presses and one turn of the dial to simply replace the "brew" button on other coffee makers. Also, when my wife unplugs it, I have to get out the manual to reset the time. But overall, I'm extremely happy with the coffee it brews, the fit and finish, and the overall design.
