I have ordered the above, however we can not install it until the weather in Arizona cools down. Maybe in November 2024. Please give me an opportunity to review afterward. As of right now I am hoping that all pieces are included and all will go well with the installation. Thanks In hopes all will go well I am reviewing at 5 stars

Do not buy

Buyer beware. The polycarbonate roof panels will be damaged by hail. BCP will not sell you replacement parts after you purchase. You will be stuck with a gazebo with holes in the roof

Incorrect size listed

This gazebo is not 10x10 ft. Once it is put together it is roughly only 8x8 ft. We bought this one so that it would fit our back patio however with it being smaller we have no way to secure it in the ground. Additionally this item took about 6 hours to put together. Would probably have rated this higher but very frustrated about the size.

Nice features but issue eity roof panels

Package said two people could put this together in 2 hours, but it took my husband and I at least twice that! It has nice features but several roof panels arrived damaged at the corners. We got it up but I am concerned how it will hold up. There is no option to report the damage pieces without initiating a return. There is no way we are going to disassemble it and box up for a return! So fingers crossed, the roof hold up!

I am very pleased with the results of my gazebo. Honestly, it took more than four hours to put this thing together. I actually put it together by myself. Almost. My child helped with about 2% of the assembly by holding the polls upright. Otherwise it took me approximately six hours making sure that the parts were secured and that there was no leakage. The gazebo is very sturdy and spacious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy spending time outdoors in the shade. The anti-bug curtains are definitely a plus. This was a great buy for the price.

Overpriced Garbage

We bought this Gazebo to replace our old Aldi Gazebo because we got tired of replacing the fabric top. We loved the double curtains and the roominess of this gazebo until we didn’t. For one, hard cover does not mean truly a hard cover. The top is more like a pressed plastic that does not offer much shade from the sun. We learned to deal with that until this past week when a bad storm came through our area and hail stones left huge holes in the top of our gazebo basically rendering it useless. I contacted the company to seek out new roof pieces to purchase and was told they do not offer parts and basically I am out almost $800 on a piece of garbage gazebo. Don’t waste you money on this product unless you love cheap products and even worse customer service. Btw, I never leave bad reviews but I can’t sit back and let someone make the same mistake I did.

Not enough options. Wew needed a 9x9 not a 10x10

I absolutely love this Gazebo! We have been using it 2 and 3 times a day! It’s exactly what we needed. We have a small deck and needed something that would fit inside the dimensions. Wayfair was the only place that had this size, everyone else had bigger versions. I’m so glad we got this because it works on so many levels. I love that it has both privacy curtains and screens and what’s even cooler, you can connect those interchangeable. What do I mean by that? Let’s say in my situation, I want the screen in the front so I can see my beautiful back yard, but privacy on the sides. You can just zip them together like they were all the same. There are nice ties for both the privacy curtains and the screens. It’s just a well thought out product and it looks great! My neighbor loves it and now they want one as well.

10x 10 gazebo

I recently purchased this and unfortunately several of my roof panels were damaged during a particularly bad storm. I called to see about ordering some replacements which I was very willing to pay for. I was told they do not supply them. Which for such a quality product I was seriously shocked that they were unwilling to supply replacement parts. Things like this happen by no one’s fault. I will be replacing the unit but not one from this company.

I received only one box and they lost the second box and did not know where it was two weeks later.

Gazebo

Package arrived as scheduled. Assembly of the gazebo was straight forward, according to the instructions. Unfortunately, a few of the plastic roof panels were somewhat blemished as they appear to be a tad melted. Other than that, the gazebo was built and looks good other than the two blemishes on the roof panels.
