what too return having a hard time because of third party

Broken curtain on arrival, no help from BBB or manufacturer

The Gazebo itself is nice once it is all put together, the roof is difficult to put together but doable. It is very helpful to have another person available to help with assembly, a couple of ladders and a hex drill bit. A couple of pieces needed to be modified due to the paint covering pre-drilled holes. It takes several hours to assemble, which I think is reasonable given the size and complexity to assembly.

Lots of work!

Plan 2-3 days of work to complete this. The installation of the roof panels was difficult with the way it was designed. The clips installed at the roof line to help prevent water from getting blown in from the top are a pain to install. Once installed though the gazebo is sturdy and has to far withstood high winds. This is anchored to our deck joists to help prevent it from blowing away.

Great product TERRIBLE INSTRUCTIONS AND ASSEMBLY!

Originally looked at the less expensive polycarbonate roof ones but needed more coverage /sun blocking they look dark in pictures but it's a tinted brown plastic you will roast under it .

Gazebo itself is great, if I had all the pieces

The gazebo itself is very nice, sturdy and exactly what we wanted. However, when we put the gazebo together we realized we were missing a roof tile, as a smaller one was labeled incorrectly and didn’t match up with the other pieces. At which point I reached out to the company who told me I wouldn’t have a replacement tile for a “month or two”. It ruined two celebrations I had thanks to the giant skylight in the roof. Had it not taken three days to put together I would knock it down and send it back. It has now been two months and still no tracking number for the roof tile even though the entire gazebo was delivered in three days. Extremely disappointed.

Quality

The quality of this surpassed my expectations. This was far less expensive than the ones I was considering from other home improvement stores. I was happy that the quality of the materials was equal to those that were more expensive. The roof panels were a bit of a pain to put up, but otherwise it went up pretty easily. I am very happy with my purchase

Boxes were heavy. The drop off driver did not smile at me when delivered.

Wonderful Buy, worth every penny!!

WE live in the NW on the Coast of Oregon in a temperate rain forest. AND, the rains have arrived, (just got an inch in under 1/2 hour. and have already experienced about 15 inches so far.) NO LEAKS and has held up well during the windy rainy storms we have had since the end of October. Holding up well and lovely to sit under when the rain is pouring down. What a great buy for the price. Was mostly easy to assemble and is very sturdy. My son, daughter in-law, hubby and I put this up in about 6 hours. The only complaint I have is the instructions could have been clearer. Missed putting the trim all around on the top piece and had to pull the slats down on the big top to put the trim on the upper piece. Other than that, the gazebo is lovely and with our high winds and tons of rain here on the coast of Oregon, I think it will hold up well. We've had our usual the sun is out so now we get tons of wind, off the ocean every afternoon, and the gazebo doesn't rattle or anything. Would definitely recommend.

nice gazebo

This gazebo is amazing. I got the 12' X 20' for my back west facing patio and for the first time I'll be able to sit out there or have friends over and not bake in the sun. It will be so great to have some shade for a change. It is very sturdy and the 2 builders that put it up for me said the directions were very clear, all of the parts were well labeled, and the packaging was excellent. Two builders put it up in 12 hours. They did get and installed some extra strong bolts to help hold it to my wooden deck. They both wanted particulars about it and thought they might get one for themselves they liked it so well. I'm very very pleased with mine.

It's Beautiful

It's sturdy lightweight but heavy duty !! Love it making family memories under our gazebo perfect for quality time.

Way too many parts. It takes forever to assemble

Instructions are good. Just too many small pieces to assemble.

It looks great when it is completely assembled

This arrived in 6 separate boxes on 2 different days and delayed the start of our assembly process slightly. You will need a good assembly strategy before you get started to avoid mistakes. There were no missing or damaged pieces which we a relief! it took 3 adults 2 6 hour days to complete the assembly just about what i expected but we took our time to make sure we did it right the first time. We absolutely love the finished results!!!

Excellent quality

I love my new gazebo! Looks exactly like the picture posted on the Bed Bath & Beyond site.

Gazebo came in in several boxes. Roof was a little damaged. It took us about 3 days, 3 people to put it together. It's awesome. Looks great. Curtains are not the best quality, but they work.

Overall a nice gazebo. Directions were very difficult to follow. Assembly was somewhat challenging(my husband is very handy). Disappointed in the fact that measuring after assembly and the actual roof measurement is 11.5ft x 13.5ft. Some of the roof panels were damaged also (dented).

Beautiful addition to our Garden

I ordered Outdoor Hardtop Gazebo it's sturdy beautifully made and real and to our decor. We bought it to hide our pool equipment. Which of course is important to protect but it really beautified our garden. I can not say enough of how beautiful it came out. I truly recommend.

New Gazebo!

Great product! Quick delivery. Came in 4 boxes (12x14). Will take less time to put up if you have 2-3 people helping. Lots of shade. Durable curtains.

Legs are damaged

Got the Gazebo opened box and the legs are damaged so we cannot assemble upset and mad I had people here to help put it together.

Fire place

Smaller than I expected but a perfect match with my end table bought from Value. City Furniture .Easy to assemble.
