This Faberware Brilliance frying pan heats evenly and with just a little bit of oil or butter, it keeps foods from sticking. I like that it's not coated in non-stick coating. I feel that stainless steel is safer to cook with for myself and my family. It's compatible with all cooktops even induction. It's 10 inches and I can make many different types of foods in it. It's made well and, I also really like that it's dishwasher-safe.

This is a really nice, quality pan! Very sturdy, heats up fast, and cooks evenly. It’s a good size and even has a hook for those who hang their cookware. It’s fairly easily to clean but I would change that it doesn’t seem like it’s non stick. Otherwise, it’s definitely a staple in my kitchen now.

I cook all the time and this seemed kind of small but I was able to cook 2 pounds of ground beef and then I even added 2 cans of diced tomatoes which were 14.5 ounces each so it has a good cooking size. It’s a little deeper than most skillets. Cleans super easy. I touched the handle multiple times and as promised, it doesn’t get hot. Was able to grab the skillet by the handle to drain the meat fat. Will be using a lot. I did put a small amount of oil to cover the bottom so I can’t say if it’s a non stick surface. Also says you can put the whole skillet in the oven up to 350 degrees. Good to know.

I don’t usually cook with stainless steel, so there is a learning curve. The skillet is 10 inches and made in Thailand. I attempted to scramble eggs in the skillet using a gas stove. It was easy to use, once I regulated the temperature. The handle never turned hot, which is perfect, as some cookware handles will get as hot as the burner it sits on. I cleaned the skillet before using with Dawn dish detergent and it left no residue. Overall, I like the stainless steel, it cooks well and it also looks good in my kitchen.

Farberware is definitely known for their quality, so I was very excited to try this frying pan made from stainless steel. It's a beautiful pan, that has some heft to it. It will definitely be nice and durable. And I love that it's stainless steel; this means that cooking will be even, and cleaning will be a breeze.
