A Hole after 4 months

It has been beautiful until the cooking oil is found around range top. There is a hole on it after 4 months. No response from their customer service.

The item description says it is uncoated, which is not true. My food turned out to be black in the wok and the most of the coat is gone, which is scary. Will return don’t buy

BAD QUALITY

I just got the wok 2 days ago. This is the wok after first use, first wash. I used butter and oil and it was at medium-high heat. IT BURNT!

Good quality and affordable

I bought this wok 5 years ago and it has functioned perfectly ever since. All it needed was seasoning.

I bought this wok in August last year. It worked great until I found a small hole at the bottom today. There is also a dent that will soon become another hole. For a wok, it should lasts more than 9 month.

love it

Reasonable weight, good quality, made of iron and nothing else. Just put in a little patience to maintain it for the first month or so (rub some oil after each use/clean), you'd get a terrific naturally nonstick wok for a long long time (I believe). This is the best wok you would wish for for its price (I'd assume I have the voice to tell being an Asian housewife).

Great Product Poor Delivery

The wok is great, but I took one star off because of the delivery. I ordered two of them. It took three weeks for Walmart to ship out the items, then one of the wok's handle was broke when them arrived.

Wok has ergonomic handle, resistive coating (that works wonders), and perfect fit for medium / large burners. walk can handle id say roughly 3-3.5 cups of cooked rice and a whole lot of veggies. flips and turns cleanly if the user is experienced. no complaints, great way to cook heathly foods. (id steam everything and just mix it up for 2-3mins) with seasonings ENJOY!!

This iron wok is fantastic for cooking the meals I love. Its easy to clean, and has a fantastic even heating ability. I have thoroughly enjoying making stir fry with it. The packaging was clean and elegant too.

This is the first wok I've ever used or owned and it's pretty great. It makes stir frying a breeze thanks to the high walls. It's sturdy and so far it's held up to my expectations. I took off one star because i had a slight sticking issue. -i just have to make sure the pan is oiled really well at all times.

This wok is a great size for my family it cooks a whole lots of fried rice, egg, veggies and meat. It’s heavy but not too heavy that it hurts my arm to cook with it. It’s easy to clean and decently easy to store. I’ve already recommended to some family and friends

I love cooking because it brings us close as a family. Trying new recipes makes it even better. On social media my husband and I have save so many recipes including fried rice so this wok was the missing piece to achieve perfection. The size is amazing, garbing no it and holding it is so easy (it is really light). If you like to try new kitchen tools this one to invest as it can be use with metal utensils on it without scratching
