I recently had an issue with my cooler where the my chamber temp was not keep up with my temperature setting. I contacted customer service and they helped me to identity the issue and sent me a replacement circulating fan. Once installed it has corrected the problem. Jemmy in customer service was very responsive in providing support, identifying the problem and providing instructions on how to install the circulating fan.

Broke within a month

We liked the look and functionality of this fridge but it stopped working a month after we plugged it in- the temperature is set for 42F but the fridge now stays at 68 F

Very quiet and easy to pull shelves out to select wines

Corner was heavily dented. Racks are tight and not terribly Saturday. Energyguide sticker on side took one hour to scrape off with razor which also took off some of the paint. And it arrived 10 days late. All told, a lousy experience.

Compact wine fridge

Arrived within a week. Haven’t installed yet; I’m looking forward to using it!

We were looking for a replacement for our former win cooler. This one fits beautifully and compliments the bar. So far it has been working beautifully.

Faulty Item/Poor Customer Service

Do not recommend this product. Broken in less than a year and manufacturer did not help with getting it replaced or fixed. Home Depot had to intervene to help with replacing the item. I would give this 0 stars!

Perfect wine Refrigerator!

This wine refrigerator is holding up great! It's been in my kitchen for a full year and has been working like the firt day we plugged it in! No issues. Keeps the white wines cold and crisp. I always love opening a new bottle to drink the wine cold! We have lote of bottles housed in side this refrigerator. Great find!

Love this wine cooler. The Best Buy experience was excellent. I want to commend the delivery folks for communicating prior to delivery and doing a great job.

Great wine cooler. It takes two people to move around. Easy to set up and use, so far so good. No complaints.

Longevity Question

Fan and compressor run a lot which to me is not normal though it does maintain the set temperature and is very quiet..

Good wine fridge for the price. It has removable shelves that easily allow different size bottles and we took shelf out to store some other beverages.

Great In counter wine fridge

I have had this fridge now for almost six months. It fit perfect under my counter and blends really well with the rest of kitchen decor. It also holds the temp well.

Bottles up

Nice for juice, beer or wine. Bottoms up for drinks at the right temperature.
