Very disappointed in this product! Stopped cooling and no one will service this product and no help with Avallon and they do not stand by their warranty!!!! Do not buy these wine coolers!!

Just for wine

This beverage fridge is pretty much exclusively for wine. The coldest temperature is 48 degrees.

Beautiful Wine Fridge

Have had this wine fridge for about two weeks now. So far, so good. Was delivered with a large dent in the back but didn’t want to waste the time to return and wait for a new one. I guess we’ll see how it goes…

Expensive disappointment

Stopped working after 2 years. The repair man said he has seen many of these go bad after 18 months. Of course the warrenty had expired. Repair took 4 months due to getting parts, and the repair was almost as much as buying a new one, which I did not want to do and have it also not last. I guess I know why it is discontinued.

[Rewarded Review] Avalon dual zone wine fridge

It's a really nice, quality fridge. Not too loud, looks really nice, and does a good job maintaining the temperatures that I set the two different zones to. Prosecco and Champaign bottles do fit on the top shelf of each section, and you can set either zone for white or red.

Beautiful Wine Fridge

I am very pleased with my purchase. The black stainless is stunning. Shelves role smoothly and the lighting is beautiful. The dual cooling allows for white and red storage, at the perfect temperature.

Love this wine fridge!

It holds all sized bottles of wine in every shelf. No worry about ripping labels off of chunkier bottles if wine when you pull out the shelf. The shelves are so smooth pulling in and out. Love this wine fridge!

Better Suited for Red Wine storage/limited space for White Wine

Much better suited for red wine drinkers, since there is more shelving at that temperature. The two upper shelfs, which can be cooler for white wine isnt enough space for me. I wish I had looked more closely at the temperature options before purchasing, because there is limited flexibility for the two zones.

Terrible fit for wine bottle

The Avallon 46 capacity wine fridge angers me every time I open the door and pull out the slides. It's almost impossible to push the slides back in. While it says it holds 46 bottles that's a stretch. As a wine drinker, we should all know that bottles come in all shapes and sizes. The Avallon only accodomates a "standard" size bottle from mass produced wineries. Therefore when one pulls out the slides with wines from different wineries from around the world, the slides become "stuck" and end up ripping the wine labels. When a wine fridge company decides to build a fridge, they should test it out with various bottle shapes from different wineries. Note: I'm not putting Magnums in this fridge. This is a regular wine bottle. Do not purchase this refrigerator if you care about wine storage.

Avallon wine cooler

I received this wine refrigerator 1 month ago and so far it is chilling the whites perfectly and both top and bottom settings are holding at the desired temperature. It does arrive with the door handle TO BE INSTALLED. You can partially pull back door molding to do this as there are no instructions in the manual. Great product and quality at a much lower price than larger known companies offering similar.

Excellent Quality

The Avallon wine fridge is excellent quality and very quiet. The only downside is that we wish it had one less shelf and more space between racks. Very few of the white wine bottles fit on the second shelf and we even struggle with the red racks. Winemakers are no longer using a standard size bottle so it is a problem.

Stopped chilling not long after installed. Not worth the effort to send back based on the limited warranty. By the time you return ship, pay for labor, ect you might as well discard and buy another........be warned.

Great Refrigerator

The unit is very stylish and quiet. It is well built and the shelves are sturdy. The shelves glide with ease. The top shelf has room for champagne/sparkling wine bottles. The unit is well lit and has features to turn the lights out after the door closes or leave the lights on

Perfect for Us!

We built a resident wine locker area and used 18 of these lockers. They come keyed alike, but a locksmith was able to change them for us with a little creativity. We tried nearly a dozen coolers before finding these. They are quite and store a ton!
