I have almost the entire series
My home is “Mediterranean Light” meaning I’ve worked in transitional pieces and lighter furniture along with the dark woods. These lamps are so elegant, interesting — definitely not what everyone else is using these days. I like the mixture of bronze and gold metals. Unique design, very pretty, nice quality. Style not for everyone.
Design flaw in this fixture
This is a beautiful and substantial sconce fixture HOWEVER there is a design flaw in the positioning of the socket on the housing. Instead of being centered, the socket is situated off to the left side which results in only 2/3 of the glass insert being lit. The remaining 1/3 is only seen as a shadow of the inner socket behind the glass insert. This is unfortunate as otherwise it is such a lovely fixture.
