No instructions came with it. While it is somewhat intuitive, it would be nice to know which parts work with each type of tool or brand or something so I do have to grab a piece and guess if it works or is designed for a particular brand or tool.

Fit my tools nicely! The soft rubber internal "o-rings" fit snug. All plastic but seems built to last. I got lucky - I think these work best when you leave the adapter attached to the tool, then snap on the hose when you need to use it. I had connectors for my miter saw, my router, and the random orbital sander and each uses a different size so no swapping and switching needed.
