Installed my self and it works like a charm I did have an hvac contractor hook up the line set.

My Diamanté Pro 18

First, the installation was mostly without incident except for two things: 1) trying to hook up the power to the outside unit using #10 wire in a 3/4” conduit was impossible so the A/C guy hooked it up nicely without conduit, 2) the inside unit does not engage with the feet when we try to close it. The line set, control power and drain are properly installed in the chase but the case still doesn’t completely snap into place. It doesn’t rattle and doesn’t seem to interfere with the operation.

Unit had some Dents, on top and Backside, told the customer said he didn't want to wait..

So far works great. We did have issues during installation with bending the copper pipes. We kinked them and had to order another line set. After the installaiton the unit works fine.

I use it in my home theater. I needed it to be quiet. You cannot even know it's on! This was a DYI with no problems. Take your time and do not skip any steps! I did my own electrical work, I would recommend an

One of my units doesn’t match the header that goes inside.

Install was as expected. I had it professionally installed Straight forward instruction and operations. Unit is easy to use and heat/ cools the area with ease. We did go up 0.5 ton for the space (420 sq. ft office/garage full insulated) being in Texas with the searing summers. Outside unit is extremely quite.

It stopped working after two weeks, but there's no one anywhere that covers Pioneer systems to fix it.

18k diamante pro mini split

Easily installs with all the components you need to make it look like a profession install. Works excellent for heat since I live in Upstate NY have not used AC

As ductless heat pump owners for 9 years ( another brand ) we knew the awesome advantage of going ductless. Therefore, when it was time to replace one ( of two ) we knew what to look for. With the dizzying amount of brands ( besides Mitsu & Daiken ) it took a bit of homework an reading reviews prior to selecting one. We chose Pioneer based on not only a great price, but the support ( parts, warranty, web info ) is outstanding. Buying direct from Pioneer is not for everyone as you still have to have it installed and most HVAC contractors will only install units that they sell. So it takes a bit of hunting to find a licensed contractor that will install third party units. That being said, they're out there. We probably saved $3000-5000 buying direct and paying $1200 to have it installed. And it is larger and more efficient than our previous unit. Cools quietly and we're expecting it to heat ( coming up ) just as good. Obvious question is " would I buy another Pioneer" ? ........absolutely

This unit came extremely fast and was incredibly easy to understand the directions. The directions are actually in English and you can understand them very well. Very informative with everything you may need to know and it's not just "step one and step two and done". The unit works well and haven't had any problems.

The assembly takes time but is doable. Will need vacuum pump, manifold gauge to check for leaks in line (very important). Will also need a specific hole saw if going through stucco (carbide tip is best). Mounting inside unit is best done with two people. It’s doable with one person but it is best with two people. I highly recommend getting a line cover. It makes it 1000% better looking and professional.once done it cools well
