Was a good buy.

It was shipped well and arrived intact in a few days after it was ordered. The directions for installation were fairly complete but there were a few details which could have been more clear. Having not installed a mini split before it took me about a week of a few hours a day to go over things and then complete the installation ( but I was not in a big hurry). If I did it again it would probably take me 4 or 5 hours total time as it's not rocket science. The most difficult thing was to hire an electrician to install the outdoor 220 volt cut off box as my village requires this. It has worked quite well since installation and is very quiet.

A+ Pioneer mini split. Just buy one!

Unit is awesome. Easy install, only thing that I noticed is the size they tell you to drill for the wall sleeve is wrong, I only had to drill a 2 5/8" hole, so watch that. It has been cooling my 1200 square foot shop with 15' sidewalls no problem. I have closed cell spray foam and insulated garage doors. Sylvane was awesome to deal with, showed up faster than expected and great experience all around

I own a HVAC company. I purchased a 3 ton HP mini split for a customer. I received Mini system on time. Order was complete and I saved over $1000 on the cost compared to buying from local Hvac supply house.

Easy installation

I just installed my system. Lines you need to be careful with when bending but past that pretty easy install. I haven't used it yet so can't rate performance yet.

pfc inductor is mounted too close to the copper line!!!

ticked off!!! 6 weeks of use and the pfc inductor is sooo close to the copper line, that it arc'd and burnt a hole in the refridgerant line and burnt the wires on the inductor and now i lost all the refridgerant!!! and i cant find a new pfc magnetic inductor anywhere!!!! so upset. only 6 weeks old!
