Efficiency?
I’ve had this particular heat pump installed 3 months ago and have found it to be far less efficient due to high electrical costs to run it thus far. I don’t see that changing anytime soon.

Success
Overall I'm very happy with the results. The Unit Looks and works great and love not having those multiple **** window units hanging in my windows. The install was a level 2.5 out of 5 difficulty scale in my opinion. I'm a pretty handy man and had never installed one of these mini splits before.
Upgrade
Works good. Had a Fujitsu 18000 btu and I thought it was undersized so I went with your pioneer 24000 Btu. The heat on the Fujitsu stopped working so the reversing valve was stuck. Live in Minnesota and will be using the heat function really soon. Let you know how it preforms.
Better Than Expected
The great price on the mini-split I chose made me reluctant. I have several mini-split units in rental houses all more expensive, yet the pioneer is my best unit.
