Excellent mini-split kit. A lot of extras that most companies do not include in the kit. It is very quiet and does an great job at keeping my workshop cool.

I've installed over a dozen minisplits in the last 5 years and the 12k pioneer is hands down the best overall unit.

Nothing like a cool workshop on a 100 degree day

This is my third mini spit. It is so great to walk into my 200 square feet shop on days when it it 103 degrees and it is cool. Not only cool but not costly to run in the summer or winter. It is easy to install, just follow the simple directions. I might mention I am 82 years old, and preparing to purchase a fourth unit

Amazing MiniSplit

I was able to install this myself and it's been a complete game changer for my 430 sq ft music studio space. Should've done this years ago. The 115v/120v option makes the electrical so much more accessible as well!

Replacement for Heat/Cool Window Unit

This was purchased to replace a window unit. We have gone through 3 heat/cool window units in 12 years as when they fail, no one in our area will repair them. The price was slightly lower than that of a replacement window unit. Installation was easy. It took longer to patch the hole from the old window unit. It is extremely quiet and does a great job of cooling the room. I chose this brand as my sister has one installed in an addition at her house and she is pleased with hers.

Well prepped for DIY installation

This is my 2nd mini split install and there are several challenges with DIY. The leaks happen most often at the copper tubing connections and I like how Pioneer provides the little gaskets as well as a little tube of sealing goop that is equivalent to Nylog. Those are nice touches. Also good are the instructions for vacuum testing, and of course, having the refrigerant pre-installed in the condenser. I'm not sure how many brands are all made at the same factory, but I had a tenant install these Pioneer units several years ago and they worked flawlessly for 7+ years.

Pioneer 12k install

The install instructions were thorough and easy to understand. I did all the “ rough” in work and I had your recommended installer for GA Pat Fagan complete the refrigeration and start up. We are very pleased so far with the unit. Do you have filters that last longer that 2 weeks between cleaning ?

Looks like a quality product with other good reviews. Looking forward to getting it hooked up. Since its a well known brand, there are plenty of helpful videos on YouTube to help us with installation.#sweepstakes

Self installed in the garage and it works great. Waiting to see how it holds up in hotter weather but so far im very satisfied with the quiet performance.

Pioneer Mini Ductless Split

This is my 6th install on these units and all of the are great!!! Very efficient which is easy on the electric bill.

I would definitely buy this product again.

I purchased a Pioneer 9,000 BTU unit from Sylvane previously for a guest cabin in MO. The Unit was delivered promptly and worked great both summer and winter. So, when I moved to AZ and found that the existing 10,000 BTU through the wall heat/cooling unit in my AZ room, (see it peeking out from behind the chair with the nice rack on it) did not come close to keeping up with the 100-degree weather, I ordered a 12,000 BTU Pioneer for the room (. I had been putting up with a hot room until I had guests scheduled in. Once again, the unit arrived within a few days and I had it installed the next day. As you can see this room has a Murphy bed for my overflow guests. Once installed and turned on (on a 104-degree day) the room was cooled to 76 within 20 minutes and very easily holds that temperature.
