[Rewarded Review] Dryer

It is a great product however, when we first got it, I had to go in and fix things because the mounting allowed things to bounce around during transit.

The Equater 220v 4 Cu.ft. Dryer, little larger capacity then previous, was delivered in Good Condition, which I unpacked and looked at before signing for the dryer. Dryer is operating well, as it should. Only thing I don't like, when Dryer is on sensored cycles it stops many times to check dampness of clothing, which seems like it takes longer to dry the clothes. Potential to waste energy?

The first one I got was faulty. Was returned and the one I have now works pretty good. It does take about 1 hour 20 minutes for a standard load.

I live in a small condo so space is a problem always. It is hard to find a 220 volt dryer that is only 24"wide as most are only 120 volts. I like the choices this dryer has especiely the 12 minute cycle that removes wrinkles. It does take a bit longer than a large dryer, but it gets the job done. I have only had it for two weeks but it has met my needs.

Do not but appliances from Lowe’s

Worst experience ever!! After several different incompetence delivery installors we finally got this washer and dryer installed and they are BOTH BROKEN!!!!

Arrived with problems but good service

We purchased this washer/dryer combo based on the positive reviews it had and also the high marks for good service. Unfortunately, on first use the dryer developed a very loud noise which would have made it unusable. We contacted Ethan at customer service and he immediately arranged for a repair person to come and service the unit. The problem seemed to be a loose motor mount, requiring the dryer to be disassembled and resecured, The repair person was able to do that, and it seems to be fine now.

Customer Service was Fantastic. They called me when the dryer shipped. Told me everything was included (PWR Cord and Vent Pipe) in original price. Then called to see how everything was going after the dryer was installed. Equator is my new "go to" Appliance Company!
