The worst fridge ever

Do not cool enough after 6 months I call the company they want me to pay 300$ for delivery

Looks great in my butlers pantry. Love the two sides to be able to keep wines in one side and sodas in the other. So far I can say it is really a great product.

I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY PURCHASE!

I'm disappoint with the purchase of this Newair 24 Wine cooler, it makes a loud popping sounds when the unit cycles off and I've contacted support@newair about the issue and they had me to record the sound of the popping and I took a picture of the label on the back as requested by Hilary. Now they contacted me on the 13th of August confirming that they received a recorded video of the popping sound along with the label on the back of the cooler and I haven't heard back from them, they told me it takes one business day to review my complaint and I haven't heard back from them and it's been a week. They gave me a ticket#358605, I would have never bought from them but they were affiliates of Sears and I've been trusting Sears for years even making the purchase with my Sears credit card

Great looking under counter cooler

This cooler looks great along side my other black appliances. I like the two different zones that can store bottles and cans at different temperatures. It was just what I was looking for.

I have not been able to use the cooler. It was delivered with a faulty door hinge and I cannot use it without a door. They said they would send one but I haven't received it. Vary frustrating.

I am in the middle of my second refrigerator, because the left foot came installed backwards and I was unable to loosen screws without stripping to correct. So I had to send back. The second one I received now is missing the pivot pin in the top right door hinge so the door can function properly.

Nice but a little noisy and installing the handle is a bit tricky. Over all it looks great in my theater room.

Handles were hard to figure out how to put on - but other than that works great!

What was supposed to be an exciting addition to a new kitchen has turned into a nightmare. The 1st unit had a bad door seal, the replacement process was smooth and NewAir customer service friendly. BUT when the replacement arrived the door glass had a white murky foggy film on the inside. The original unit did not. The representative said its a confirmed defect and replaced the unit. I sent the old one back for free and all should have been well. Sounds good right? Well, when the replacement arrived it too had a white milky haze on the door glass. Here is where things go really wrong. When I reached back out to customer service, this time they decided that its a feature of the glass on the door and not a defect, so they will not replace it. How was it a defect 2 weeks prior and now not? What is the point of making a nice display cooler, with glass on the doors and led lighting inside to display everything, if what you see has to be through cloudy hazy glass? No web images show this and no marketing materials mention it. So know that These coolers apparently have a murky white film on the door glass which is considered normal characteristic and there is nothing you can do about it and NewAir will not do anything about it. No replacement, and no refund. I now have an eyesore in what is otherwise a nice kitchen area and have to either live with it or spend money on a different brand and dispose of this defective unit myself. This was my 1st NewAir, and will be my last. I will never buy NewAir again.

Wonderful Bev fridge!

Love my beverage fridge in black stainless, such a nice addition to my new kitchen! Holds a ton of wine and plenty of beverages on the opposite side. Finish is great!

Chic yet Durable

This built in undercounter cooler is very stylish in my kitchen. It continues to keep drinks and wines very much chilled. I would definitely would recommend this fridge.

The fridge fits perfectly at the end of the current counter and will eventually be moved into a remodel/new kitchen. Review that complain that the unit is loud must have extraordinarily quiet appliances, it is not terribly loud. Wine side racks are more forgiving of bottle shape that many wood plank wine fridges and the can side is ice cold. All in all a great beverage fridge option to increase space in the main refrigerator.
