More of a microwave than an oven. First shipment came destroyed. Can’t cook for more than 90 minutes
Worst appliance ever
I never write reviews but this one demanded it. I have never seen anything so poorly designed. The user interface is so cryptic and frustrating I can hardly make it do what I want after months of ownership. When it does perform the requested function it either burns or fails to warm up everything I put in it. This feels like it was designed by 4th graders for a school project. The engineers who made this should be ashamed, and their work is an affront to the concepts of design, engineering, and sales. How this thing costs over $1000 boggles my mind, it is a worse microwave and toaster than a $30 version of either from a box store.This oven is the worst part of my day every morning and night when I use it.
Worst appliance conceived by mankind
Hands down the worst appliance in the entire world. Dont listen to the yacht guy, and dont spend your money on this appliance. It doesnt do anything well. Oven cant even preheat and if you open the door you cant turn it back on until it cools all the way down again. Worthless.
Stop working after just over a year
Microwave wont cook in the middle anymore, so you will get hot sides and frozen middle. Same thing with oven. Tried to reach the company for a replacement and got:"Sorry year is over"

Awesome oven
I am so happy with this oven. I installed it on my yacht because I need to cook things more quickly so I don’t need to run the generator as long. It browns potatoes and meats nicely and cooked them in less than half the time compared to a convention The fit and feel of the door is very strong and solid and it closes very strongly so I don’t have to worry about it opening when the boat rocks back-and-forth. This is a great appliance and worth every penny
Don’t do it
Built a kitchen around this oven for retirement. Microwave went out. Summit reluctantly sent me a macnometer after wanting me to send the whole 75# oven to their techs. The ne magnometer got it working again for about 30 uses then it went out again. Now it’s just a good looking piece of trash. Don’t do it. Their service is beyond horrible.
