Not the best product for the money.

Poor return policy

The range hood is very good. The bad part is if you order an extra part that is not needed, they will not allow you to return it.

Well make sure you get a person on the phone that actually knows what there talking about. Needed a range extension so called a rep for help. She gave my the wrong info, which led to the wrong extension. But they won’t take back the other unused extension or refund the money towards the correct one and I’ll pay the difference…… DO BETTER WAYFAIR. Got people wasting money these days are not cool.

Beautiful hood but no transition included.

Perfect! Blends nicely with our choice of cabinets and countertops.

Missing the grease cup but once the manufacturer knew they it out quickly. Some tiny scratches on the wood surface. They don’t provide the flexible in the chimney anymore.

My builder told me I needed a range hood. He laughed when I told him it was coming from Wayfair. When he took it out of the box, he stopped laughing. Gorgeous.

Not installed yet

I bought this a month ago but have not taken it out of the box yet. My new home is being built now and the kitchen cabinets are going in later this month. Can’t wait to see what it looks like.

Looks great in our kitchen! The fan works very well and i absolutely love the lights for cooking and to leave on as a night light in our kitchen at night when needed .

I bought white it’s very high quality and looks great

I received my hood damaged and wayfair passed me off to the manufacturer for resolution.

Have not installed yet as we are in the middle of building but arrived just as advertised and looks great. Can’t wait to use it!

Looks great in my kitchen. Wish it had better lighting.

We ordered this early since everything is going out of stock or prices keep going up, we will not be installing till spring. We received the rustic dark hood much sooner than expected packaged very well, took things out nothing wrong. But it is shiny, and not like a true wood made, it’s a mold it seems, (the reason for the 4 star rating) we would have preferred matte other than that it’s perfect and will look amazing in our new kitchen.

Surprised by quality

I bought this knowing nothing about this company or the quality of the hood. What a surprise at the workmanship, the quality and the speed of shipping. Seriously a very well thought out design. The way the chimney attached and the ceiling crown was fantastic.

I bought a Wooden Rustic hood range, it came in 5 days , packaged perfectly! It’s so beautiful and works excellent ❤️so happy!!! And it was on sale!!!!
