High burner flames make it impossible to cook

This stove was a huge disapointment. The flame for 3 of the 4 burners is so high I can only cook on the 4th, which is really low. If I have something that needs to simmer I can only use the one burnerm so I can't cook multiple things at the same time. And now the oven gasket is messed up and I have to yabk the door open. I've had the stove about 3 years and about to replace it. I know quality products no longer exist, but this is unbelieavable and unaccoptable.

DON’T BUY THIS STOVE !!

This stove is the worst, the grates are absolutely terrible, pots slide off and when the oven is on the whole unit gets unbelievably hot and it’s NOT safe at all and probably a fire hazard and it should be pulled off the market !! DO NOT BUY IT !!

Good looking range & oven. There are 2 things I would change : One is that burner flames are just too high. Let me explain - when turned on low it should be very low for simmering instead flame is at a medium, way too hot but I cannot make it go any lower unless I call for a professional to look at it which is my goal since it would be under warranty. The other change I would make is the Broiler. Why is it at the very bottom & not inside the oven? Is that a reason why it was on sale? Not selling? So there, you have some explaining to do.

For the most part I’m happy with the range except for one important issue. When the burners are on “low” it is still too high. Only the back right burner is smaller and is truly low but the other 3 are not.

I bought this range about 3 weeks ago from Home Depot. Although the range was easy to install, the burners need to be adjusted. Am unable to remove knobs myself so I will have to call a technician. Also, oven seems to run hot and any adjustment will have to be done by technician. Range gets very warm to touch when oven is turned on. Will have to adjust oven cooking time until then. I should have read reviews before buying.

bought this stove a little over a month ago and I am very disappointed the eye grates are bent and the paint is chipping off and my flames won't adjust and my oven has only 1 rack it is the worse stove I have ever purchased and can't get anyone to respond to my problem the store refuses to help saying it had to be reported within X amount of time I said something to the guy who delivered it I have tried to contact amana by email and I have tried to call but no one responds to me I am to the point of dropping it off in the store lobby

TOOOO HOT! Loud noises!

I just bought a house and this stove was in my kitchen brand new. I have been using it for the last 6 weeks and when I have the oven on it is SOOOOOOOO HOT! It also keeps making poping noises. I was asking around and told that the poping should stop after a few times. I feel very unsafe when I am using it. Very stressful.
