Meets our needs
After remodeling our kitchen and putting a propane stove in our new design island we needed a range hood to meet our needs. This unit is exactly what we needed. The bonus is it can be modified to be ductless which is exactly what we needed. Have been using it for a few weeks now and can say love it!
Need an Exhaust Fan Over the Stove? Not This One!
This product is NOT "installation friendly." It takes two people to prepare, assemble and install it. The instructions are not clear. The electric connection is not specific. The chimney is very confusing. The outer film on EVERY piece of the unit is nearly impossible to remove entirely. I hired a licensed contractor to install this range hood and it took more than twice the man-hours predicted to install.

This hood not only completed the kitchen but became the focal point. I haven’t really tested it out for smokey cooking to see if the internal ducting is adequate with the filters but have used it for general cooking and it works great.
