Great hood for my new range. Stylish and easy to use.

Great venting

Nice appearance, low noice, easy operating system, easy installation it took 10-20 minutes

Powerful Motor

This hood range preforms better that I expected. It has more that sufficient suctioning power and come with some very helpful features.

soooo loud

I love the look of this hood ,however, it is soooo loud! I have a call in for a service call to see if they can figure out why it is so loud. I sounds like something inside the unit it loose and rattling.

Intermittently turns on by itself

This hood intermittently turns on by itself.

Good unit

Low and mid speed are good and not too noisy. Hugh speed is somewhat load at times but we don't use that setting very often. Good lighting.

This vent hood has it all!

I love this vent hood! I had it installed to vent outside. It is very quiet on the lower settings, but on high and the boost setting is as loud as vent hoods I have had in the past. The two bright LED lights are ample to illuminate the entire surface.

Do not buy

Fan is broken within two years. GE Bidewell technician told to replace entire unit, more expensive to repair.

Watch your head-it sticks out

It works, but ugly, over-large (extends too far beyond cabinetry, so watch your head). Wish we'd ordered a different unit that took up less space. Since it doesnt vent to outdoors, with our builder, choices were limited.

Replacement Bulbs A Nightmare to Find

Good luck finding a replacement LED bulb that works correctly with the On/Night/Off setting. I've tried half a dozen "dimmable" LED bulbs, including a bunch of GE branded ones, and none will work with the "Night" setting which is the dimmed light level. Let down

Had this hood installed. Touchpad does not work. Let down.

Unfortunately, the first range hood arrived damaged. I exchanged it for another hood of the same make/model and that unit also arrived with the same type of damage. Customer service and Delivery were great throughout this process however. I believe the damage occurred during the manufacturing of the product

Average return for the price

It looks good. Noise level is higher. It keeps air flow in the house even after keeping the flow out of the house.

Excessive vibration

Out of the box and installed, this range vent hood motor has excessive vibration, rattling and shaking the entire unit when set on highest speed. Motor rotation appears non-centric. Could not return to vendor, so am awaiting a factory service repair call. Will see how that goes.

I love this range hood. Not only modern and sleek but very powerful.

It doesn't turn off. Very annoying!

I don't love it. To turn it off, I have to go down to the garage to the breaker panel and flip the breaker. Ridiculous.

Easy installation. Precise controls. Great look.

Instructions were clear and installation went quickly and smoothly. Filters snap in solidly. Great.

Great looking range hood.

Beautiful range hood. Installed easily, looks and works great. Great product.

Disappointed. GE Profile used to be high end product but not anymore. Grease filter ripped off from inside. It’s already open and ready to install so I didn’t exchange it. Fan is loud. Extra charcoal filter needed if you want to recirculate the air. Doesn’t look quality product for the price.
