Very loud
The hood appears to be nice quality. It’s very loud, we could not have a decent conversation. I had to return it.
Incompetent company
First attempt the wrong size shipped, Hausline unwilling to priority shipment of correct size. When correct size replacement arrived it was missing the hardware pack. Once again Hausline unwilling to ship overnight to address the problem. I will never purchase another item from Hausline and would not recommend their product to anyone!
Excellent hood
Beautiful stainless steel hood.
Worst item I ever bought.
First of all, I bought this island rang hood for my house I just recently move in. When I open the box there were missing piece and the fan were not strong at all doesn’t feel like 1000 CFM. I put at max it just feels like 50 CFM.
Disappointed
I am very disappointed about this product, after the installation, we noticed that it does not suck the smoke from the frying pan. After paying $800
