The part leaked from one of the valves. Not at the valve stem, but at a pressed copper joint

I ordered this item on the 1st and because I needed it fast, I paid the extra 30.00 to get it by the next day. It did not arrive the next day or by the next 2days. It took 4 days to get here which was the arrival date of ground delivery. No need for the extra 30.00. I missed a plumbing appointment because it did not arrive on time.
