VERY Disappointed!!!
Puts out very little heat!!! That’s even on high! I already built into my home, does not just slide in and out so stuck with it now. Looks nice but what’s the point of having a fireplace that does not warm up . Your room???? I have a small tv console unit I paid $400 for that put out way more heat than this. Loved it so much I wanted a bigger, more permanent unit. That what I did and now I’m stuck with this one. Oh well. Best laid plans..
Happy with the fireplace, came in as ordered, very well packaged, good information for installation, love the different lighting patterns, hope it lasts, it is a bit pricey, only time will tell.
I feel like this unit is over priced, looks good at night, during the day could be better. I feel like this product could be made in China for a couple hundred bucks and the company could still benefit a profit. It is cool do not get me wrong but it is too much money in my opinion. Ok for me
